This is a great computer for the price and has everything that I need. It is a little large and not easy transport but good for moving around the house.

Nice lap top not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Touch screen is responsive, PC is fast. So far so good

It quit starting up after closing the lid overnight. We had to remove the battery and then restart it after putting it back in. The geeks ended up hard starting by holding the on/off button down. It hasn't done it since. Otherwise, we like the computer

I enjoy the screen size. I know it has the speed and memory to splurge. I bought because I needed something that will be good for at least three years because things get updated technologically quite fast. The touch screen is excellent (though I do not use much it's there for me). Resolution is very nice. Long as HP is there, at least for first year...in case something goes off...I'm happy. I thought it a bit expensive but for what I got...I'm happy!

Replaced my 5 year old ASUS with this laptop. Has all the speed to do what I set out to do. Upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 was not all that bad. Would recommend this laptop!!

The laptop is great. I love the touchscreen and Windows 10 far exceeds Windows 8. THE ONLY THING THAT KEEPS IT FROM BEING 5 STARS IS THE WEIGHT OF IT.

I decided to go big this time and went with the 17" touch HP, it makes a perfect desktop replacement. It is fast and the Windows 10 is so much better than the dreaded Windows 8.

Large screen and speed made her happy. HP has got it right. I would tell anybody to buy this modle.

Overall, the laptop has worked without issue (save one point below) since we purchased it. The processor, screen size, and hard drive space are all impressive. I had a large monitor on the desktop I replaced and wanted similar screen size. One issue I am having is when I pick up the laptop, sometimes the battery will dislodge because the release is located where I pick it up.

This laptop has blown me away! love touch screen, 3d camera, and the speed? Wow. lightning speed and flawless picture, great graphics, etc. This PC truly is a device to "Envy".

I was worried about Windows 10 before I purchased but so far I love it. The Touch Screen is very convenient to use for those times I don't want to use my mouse. I believe this one is a winner. One of the main reasons I purchased this laptop was because it is one of the only ones to have a DVD player built in. Most of the others these days don't have them. Even though the price is a little higher it was worth it to me to have everything I needed without having to attach a separate plug in.

My laptop is my main computer, so I wanted something with a large screen and keyboard to replace my older 17.5 inch Dell. Was hoping for blu-ray drive and some other functionality, but with the trend toward smaller and lighter machines, I was lucky to find this 18 inch with a DVD drive. The Bang & Olufsen sound system is a nice luxury touch, even if not quite all one would expect. Note: the first machine I purchased quit unexpectedly after two weeks use, but Best Buy was gracious and efficient in replacing it at not cost.

The laptop is great. My only complaint is that drivers are not yet available .to drive some of my older printers with Windows 10. Don't see the need for Windows 10 over 8. No fault of the laptop itself, just the operating system.

My intro to Windows 10 with this laptop. Solid performance. Fast boot time. Quality screen and sharp detailed images. Easy to use.

This new B&O HP Envy 17" is fast. With all the RAM and big HDD< this should last me a long time. Fingers crossed.

Nice machine. I had to learn how to use Windows 10, a lot of programs do not run with Window 10. A few adjustments and I was able to figure out what needed to be done. The touch screen is not as sensitive as I would like.

I wanted a new laptop for photo editing and running Photo Shop. After checking many online reviews I thought I would have to get a desktop. After going into to my local Best Buy, the salesman looked at my list of wants and showed me several computers that would meet my needs. I settled on this laptop and have been extremely happy with it's performance. It handles Photoshop like a breeze.

This is a fast and sturdy computer. The touch screen is interesting and the storage is magnificent. I do have to say that I was shown this computer because of its video card. I do a large amount of graphic renderings and CAD work. The computer does slow down rather quickly.
