Has the speed I was looking for and at a great price. I like Windows 10 a lot better than I thought I would. Was an easy move from Windows 7.

I spent countless hours shopping online for a new computer. Our family usually tends to buy HP. After researching components, price and reviews I chose this one on sale. It's performed very well for me and I expect to use it for years without needing to upgrade. I don't use the touchscreen as it was not an option I desired. This is not technically a gaming laptop but after updating drivers, it plays Doom fairly well. I believe this is a sound purchase without paying over $1,000, as laptops lack the upgradeability options of a desktop.

I bought this as a graduation present for my daughter and she says she loves it. She likes the size, touch screen, and speed of operation.

Great laptop upgrade. Faster than old laptop. Replaced a Toshiba with only 8G memory that was upgraded to Windows 10. Much faster without the multiple lockups with old laptop.

bought with windows 10 and 16 gig. runs fast and uncluttered, i haven't found a problem with the work i have done so far. i use primarily for word processing and mild use of the internet. i overbought but remain happy with the laptop.

Should have looked a little more closely, but I thought this had a blu ray player.... Nope. Just a DvD. The Bang & Olufsen "looks" more impressive than it sounds. Quality is on par with a drive thru intercom. Really...the audio is a let down for those who expect better sound quality. Other than that, it's fast enough to handle multiple process at the same time and anything else of negative mention would be with the bugs still being worked out in Windows 10.

Hp laptops have become cheaper made ...not like the ones I purchase years ago.Need to have more software preloaded.The cover need to be different on each model.The keys on this model are sticking.

Love the feel of it, the looks of it, easy to use. Happy with the screen. Looking forward to using it more. Simple set up, and great sound.

Bought this computer on clearance - Decent performance and dedicated graphics chip, so no real complaints.

Fast, I like the screen size. Still getting use to it. Sometimes the internet freezes and I have to reboot.

this laptop has met my expectations. the extra memory and i7 processor makes social media work well. one minor issue involves the display driver stops working and recovers itself. hoping that there is a simple solution to this.

Stopped in to check out laptops for processing video, HP specialist was in store, showed me this beauty with all the right stuff! ....and it was on sale at a great price! Can't wait to start working on some of my GoPro videos!

I've had my laptop for about a month so far. I really enjoy it and it runs quickly and smoothly. My only issue is that I was told that the battery life would be several hours while playing computer games, when in reality it lasts 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The battery life was one of my big reasons for the purchase, so it's disappointing, but I love it otherwise!

Have to get used to how to use/ there are features that I dont understand. and Have asked many times and still dont understand. would realy like to know everything it can do and lesrn right

After readinf reviews and conducting my own research I opted to buy this. It is amazing, very fast and has a lot of cool add ons. The only downfall is that computers no longer include the microsoft office and you must ourchase that separately. However everything else is great, love the facial recognition and that this new windows has apps.

Not so wild about Windows 10 yet though it may be just a learning curve. Seems like I have to hit more key strokes to get things done & go back to my documents. That part is frustrating.

Definitely love the computer, still learning things about it but so far I have no complaints about it. Also, I would be willing to recommend others to buy it for school and everyday use.

It's very nice with some great features, the only problem I see is that sometimes it loses connection.
