I like the speed of the computer. Having 16 gigs of memory and i7 processor keeps it moving. Good resolution from the screen.

I bought this laptop to replace my four year old Toshiba which only had 2 GB of RAM and was too slow to allow me to keep up with my work. I admit I went overboard with this HP since it had 16 GB of RAM. However, while I really like this machine it does not have the lightening fast, blazing performance I was hoping for. The sound is great because of the B&O speakers and the look and feel are very attractive but as a computer it is just okay. Probably would not spend this much again unless I was guaranteed mind blowing performance.

Love the large screen! And really nice resolution, sound quality and touch screen. The DVD/disc is built in and wonderful for watching movies or playing a CD while working on a project. Heavier than small tablets and pads because it's larger, but it's stable when using it on a desk so worth the extra weight. I'd buy it again.

I like the laptop a lot, and the customer service I received when I bought it was top rate. my only complaint is it is a little slow processing. still, solid pc and a good deal.

This model of the HP Envy is a solid, great running machine. It is fast, built with metal components, and has a great graphics card. It also has a CD/DVD drive which is rare today, but still very necessary.

After trying 3 other computers and experienced noisy hard drives, I am very satisfied with this one. I hesitated between this one and the HP Envy with 256 SSD with a 15" screen. I chose this one because it is equipped with a DVD/CD drive and the screen is larger. It is very fast, quiet and has everything I need. It is better to pay a higher price and have something you enjoy.

Performance is very good. Hardware included does everything I would want. Bummer that it has Windows 10. Good performance for a non-gamer wanting a all-around performer.

I am very happy my purchase of this HP product. The speaker system is top notch. The processor speed is very good.

This PC has been okay so far, however, I had another HP Envy product and it ran into some problems that could not be fixed. I was offered the opportunity to get another computer and picked this one based on the fact that the technician stated that the problems I had with the other PC was very unusual and they had not seen it before.

After considerable online research and discussion with sales reps from Best Buy and independent computer repair shop, purchased HP-ENVY for my daughter. Superior display, ample storage and touch screen have enhanced her creation of instructional power point presentations for classroom. It has also eliminated the "need" of two aged laptops. I'm now considering one for me!

with windows 10, there are problems with the size of internet sites when they first appear. Every time you open an internet site you have to enlarge the site manually.

Good for average usage. No complaints. Start up time is reasonable. Not for high end gaming. Good for casual use, word processing, internet shopping, video streaming.

After looking and then seeing I was charmed with the Envy, HP did a high end Blend with Trusted Quality and then put together a laptop that out shines I was the one for me and many others , beautiful on the outside, and Intel in side, The 3-D camera the amount of Ram the Storage, Graphics and Sound to the Optical Blue-Ray player Burner with lights on board. And Programs that fit the needs of the machine. it was ENVY, and the deal at BEST BUY.
