Great laptop! The last HP I bought never ran right. Had it at Geek Squad so many times. This one is set up great and I believe it is going to be the best one out of 5 that I have purchased.

The design software I use requires a powerful graphics card and lots of memory. Because I often design with a client it has to be fast enough to keep their interest and I need a large display so my clients can see all the details of their new kitchen. This laptop is top notch in all those categories. I highly recommend it to anyone with the same needs.

This laptop is whip fast, faster than my corporate-provided laptop. It's a joy to use. The screen is huge and crisp for my middle-age eyes. Touchscreen is fun and works well, although not totally necessary for me. There's a fan-like mechanical noise I could so without, but it is a large laptop so it's using a lot of juice. I'm short, so at the angle I look at the keyboard, the light from under the top row of keys shines at me uncomfortably.

This is a great laptop with excellent specifications. The only drawbacks are the HD Drive, and the weight. Having used a Mac with SSD, it is easy for me to get irritated at the long start up time for the HDD. And, it is heavy. I cannot imagine anybody carrying this around. I use it as a desktop, so not an issue for me. Battery is fine at 4-5 hours. This has a touch screen, but I do not use it. Therefore, no comment on its responsiveness

It's was easy to set up. I like the touch screen. It is fast. I like the Windows 10 operating system.

I love this computer. It is great to use for touch and with all the memory great to get my work done.

I love how it looks, love the large screen. Windows 10 is easy to use. Had an issue with the apps opening so I wiped clean and started with nothing on it and now it's running great. (Was a Microsoft issue). I loved the price for what I received and I would definitely recommend it. It has facial recognition and it's a touch screen so that is cool too.

Very good so far still setting up and learning Windows 10.

Have to get use to Windows 10 but doing OK. Just found out the keyboard lights up for late night typing. It's fast, holds loads of pics and music. Picture is clear and sharp. The screen is wide which is what I wanted. It's a bit heavy but I use it at home only. The keys are flat and close together which I also have to get use to. But over all, I am liking this computer a lot.

A little on the expensive side but well worth the price. Sleek, stylish and easy to use. The touch screen is great. And the battery last for well over 3 hours even with all settings (screen brightness, screen saver,etc.) on the high side. Great performance and little to no lag when multitasking. Great for watching movies, netflix, etc with the HD screen. Adequate for gaming as long as you are not a hardcore gamer. Would recommend.

So far I love my new computer. It's quiet and the battery lasts a long time.

This computer has speed. I can transfer large files in less time than my old machine. Frustrated at times with touch pad. At times I can just touch it lightly and screen expands or shrinks. Separate mouse should eliminate that problem. Touch pad also difficult to right click & left click. Seems to make it less portable needing a mouse. It has too many programs putting purchase window on screen. Overall a great computer so far.

Large touchscreen, great optics, still learning to navigate Windows 10. Everything I need for now.

The screen is huge. The RAM is huge. Even god awful Uplay can't slow games down with this computer.

I use design software, but I couldn't afford a custom order laptop. This model, purchased on a sale, is an excellent value for the money. I wanted a laptop with a good graphics card, a new longer life battery than what I had and a backlit keyboard. Got it! Great memory to boot. Does not come on board with Windows software, so if you don't have your own license, then prepare to spend a little extra. Still, it is a great value.
