I love the speed and the amount of storage and memory.

The only problem I have is that no one makes decent looking backpacks for a 17.3" laptop. Otherwise I love it!

light weight, touch screen features are good. Best Buy in College Station is good to shop at for computers needs. The Geek squad is knowledgeable and friendly. The geek squad was pretty fast on getting my laptop loaded with the right software and getting it back to be to use before my finals exams.

So far this laptop has been great. I was looking for a large screen laptop with the best specs for the best price and this PC had it all. I wasn't even looking for a touchscreen laptop but price wise this was more of a bonus. Another bonus is the 3D camera which is neat to play around with as well.

Bought this for my girlfriend and now thinking of getting one for myself she loves it comes with everything you need except office wich you can get

I have gone through 4 computers in a month and a half - 2 of which were this HP Envy. ALL 4 computers display the error "display driver intel hd graphics drivers for windows 8 (r) stopped responding and has successfully recovered." I had Geek Squad work on the computers, called Intel AND HP and had them remotely work on the computers with NO fix. The 2nd HP also had a keyboard issue where all the keys did not work properly. After returning these 4 computers that were DEFECTIVE, and the employees know this, I decided to try an MSI. Upon being rung up, a red warning flag comes up for my account, stating that I may not be able to return anything else. I asked if upon getting this 5th computer, the MSI, if it doesn't work and I have to return it, will I be able to do that. She said yes, just let them know what has gone on with all of these computers, that they are defects. Now upon having the MSI for a week, the battery is defective, Geek Squad tells me they will return this one and reorder another. NOW THEY ARE UNABLE TO DO THE RETURN BECAUSE I HAVE THE RED FLAGS AND BEST BUY IS UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!!! There is a "third party" company that monitors their returns - they say I have to file a dispute because of all the returns!!! This will about put me over the time to be able to return/exchange this computer to Best Buy for being defective!!! SO BUYER BEWARE! Be prepared to return multiple computers and then be red flagged and not return anymore of them if they are defective!

since i will be using this lap top when i am on vacation ... i will still be able to help at work while i am on vacation

Information on screen is sometimes to big that you have to scroll a lot. Suggest having a detachable mouse when using.

Wanted a laptop with cd drive , was hard to find . It came with Windows 10 I wasn't used to it but it is way to learn.

Needed a new laptop as current one is 6+ years old and has Windows 7. I have always purchased HP computers and have no complaints with any of my HP products. So far, so good - I mostly use it for MS Office software, Adobe Photoshop and internet access. Haven't used it for gaming or streaming TV/movies. Still adjusting to Windows 10 platform and touchscreen.

Bought when I started an FNP program and needed a reliable computer with tons of memory and speed. Fast, powerful computer. Great screen resolution. Graphics are amazing. Would have given 5/5 stars if not for the weight of the computer. Kinda heavy for a laptop. One of the trade offs for so much memory and speed.

My first HP Envy m7 had a hard drive failure in less than a month. Prior to that, HP support for an issue driving an external monitor with the HP notebook was not all that great. Best Buy replaced the failed notebook promptly after diagnosing the problem.
