Got this to store photos and videos. This laptop was really fast at transferring my photos and videos from my iPhone.

I am still having problem getting email to wirk. I love the speakers. And resolution. They should add a game into it

The screen size and picture are wonderful. The computer is a bit on the heavy side, but that was expected as it is truly a desktop replacement - fast! The touch screen works well and is very accurate. The keyboard could use adjustment as it takes a distinct push to key in the characters, especially the space bar.

Nice laptop, however, no manual was included with purchase. Thats not good!

Startup was a little complicated. Found video instructions very good. easy to understand. easy connection to Wi-Fi.

I love my new computer. From it's touch screen to it's lighted keyboard. If you are looking for a great home computer this is the one for you.

I highly recommend the HP Envy Laptop. It's everything I was looking for and has not disappointed.

I'm still learning this lap-top. I'm using it as a desk top and therefore haven't had the occasion to experiment with the camera that much.

Son has been utilizing his new laptop daily...he is going to school working towards his computer programmer degree. Loves his new computer.

Very happy with this computer. Only complaint would be the mouse pad, but bought a wireless HP mouse for $7 from bestbuy and all is great!

Spent a long time looking for a machine that had at least 16 gigs of Ram and lots of features. So happy I waited til this one was on sale

My son recently broke his other laptop. The hinge that holds the monitor snapped in two pieces. I have found many of the newer, cheaper laptops have very small hinges that are easily broken. I bought this computer for a couple reasons. The first is the overall construction. Very well laid out and nice keyboard finish and texture. The monitor has a substantial hinge. The second reason was all the added options, I Core7 which is blazing fast, memory, hard drive size, killer B&O audio, AC wifi which is just as fast as a wired connection, nice display graphics...I could go on and on. Bought it on sale for a very nice price. Could not ask for a better deal. This thing rocks!

The picture quality on this monitor is terrific, and the machine itself delivers good performance. Occasional glitches - when playing The Sims, there is an error message saying that the laptop cannot support the default resolution of the game. Have yet to figure out why the game isn't using the GPU.

We develop high level land development related software with VR (headset) support and needed a bit more power for one of the design workstations (we also design developments). I wanted to get the most powerful spec for the time that was also reasonably priced. The performance and reliability has been outstanding.

This laptop does everything I want and more! Awesome Best Buy service, free shipping and it even arrived a day earlier than I expected!

This laptop works well for me. I like the features and this should do well for a long time.
