I bought this laptop because of ample disk space and reasonable price point for combination of components. Nothing stands out for this machine in a good or a bad way. I've had it for more than a year of heavy use as a desktop replacement option, and don't have much to complain about. Touchscreen is quite responsive. Battery holds for 3 hours of multi tasking use. Speakers are ok, but not particularly refined or powerful. Occasionally it freezes (started happening after Windows 10 upgrade, although can't be sure that's the cause). Plugging and unpluggin headphones sometimes results in loss of sound, which requires a reboot. Can't comment on tech support, as fortunately, I have not needed it so far.

wanted an HP and did a lot of research. this model has everything for home/office i need.

I returned this computer once, it was glitchy and the graphics card kept crashing. I don't know what the problem was, but I swapped it out for another and the same thing happened. Besides that, it was a beautiful interface and screen size was what I wanted, all marred, I believe, from Microsoft's glitchy Edge software. I ended up returning the second computer and bought a Canon 6D with much more satisfaction. It also did not run like a computer with 16 RAM of memory.

My wife needed for her home business.The staff explained the lap top and the new lap top.I found the price was right .Had to bring back to Geek Squad for assistance in loading Microsoft.That has been our only problem.I purchased form Best Buy for the support staff.

It's a great personal computer for travel and great for backing up work computer that has a tendency to break down

Love it, amazing computer that has all the features I wanted and more. At first I thought it was monster huge and thought I would not like it as my old 15 inch....although it is bigger and heavier it is amazing, I love having the larger screen.

Expensive but good value for money. Great battery life, good graphics and functions, sturdy, large screen, great software package and operating system, fast chip, etc. I recommend it for pros in particular.

I did some research before purchasing this computer. I needed a computer that would run my drafting program with no problems. This computer fit that to a tee and then some. It has all the power and speed I will need for some time to come.

Was looking at the MacBook Pro, and this computer is a great, lower cost alternative.

Love the way this new laptop works. Plenty of storage space, yet easy access to One Drive for online storage.

The processor runs super fast and allows you to multitask without lag

Functions well, the mouse pad is sensitive enough, the touch screen is easy to use and doesn't smudge easily. I'm not too much of a fan of Windows 10 which makes it difficult to find and change certain settings, but I'm sure I'll get use to it in time.

This laptop is very fast and large. Not lightweight but that's not an issue for me. It was easy to set up and a breeze to work. I don't care for windows 10 that's installed and that's it. Everything else is great. Still has a cd drive which is great and lots of hardrive. Awesome buy in my opinion.
