Great sound, nice big screen, and built in numeric pad which meets my spreadsheet entering needs. Yeah it's a little heavier, but I like that I have an all in one package. The Bang & Olufsen sound was a cherry on top.

This is a great computer. The touch screen features are loved by everyone in my family. I would recommend this for families. We use it for internet, photos, gaming, homework, and other things.

My sister bought the HP Envy and loved it. I was in the market for a new computer, so I took her advise and bought it. I am so glad I did. I was afraid of Windows 10, but it is much easier than Windows 8.1. I would recommend this computer to anyone.

I purchased this computer in November and had nothing but issues. After approx 12 hrs with Geek Squad trying to fix it they told me to return it. I exchanged for the same make/model only to find out it had the exact same issues. Finally spoke to HP--they reviewed everything and determined that this is part of what must be a bad batch of computers--where they OS was downloaded with corrupt files. They are sending me a custom made computer to my specifications and taking this one back. I hope that they have made you aware of this issue with their OS download. I am very impressed with HP's response to this issue and with Geek squads help with the one prior to this.

I wanted a robust laptop with a good graphics card and lots of memory. This computer fits my needs, along with some extra little perks, such as touch screen.

Great upgrade: 4 3.0 ports, AC wireless, 1tb, 16g ram, 19.3" screen, Bluetooth, 3d camera, facial recognition for signon, 10/100/1000 card, fast boot. but...large learning curve with W10.

Upgrade from last laptop. More than I expected operating well beyond need.
