    I have one and have been very happy with it. I purchased this for my grandsons 12th birthday. He will be receiving it tonight, 05/28. Purchased this computer because of the Nivida GForce for gaming. He currently has a chromebook.

    I had issues with the keypad not responding with the first one and returned it to best buy I was told buy the geek squad rep. that it was a software issue having had anti virus already installed and installing another. I exchanged that computer and uninstalled the program before installing Kaspersky. ok now but the left click button could be more sensitive Great value for all the options.

    It's heavy and it's big but works well and easy to read on. The face recognition didn't work great. Other than it is pretty fast and does what I need it to - spreadsheets, videos, web, etc.

    When I'm looking for a new laptop, I go by the specs, and when I saw this deal I couldn't help it.. Had to buy it... Top of the line, at the best best price.. A bluray player would have been great, but still, great deal.
