I went from a 15" to a 17" this time and the difference is worth the extra weight. Very fast and great resolution. Overall very pleased.

This HP Laptop works great. It is fast and reliable. I would recommend this to anybody who wants a real excellent Laptop.

Wanted a laptop that was not also a tablet, one that I could use for writing and also that could store lots of photos. Came with Windows 10. I'm very happy with it.

I bought this for my son who is a big gamer. He loves the speeds and the graphics of this! He never has lags or issues.

So far it has exceeded my expectations and has far more features than I thought. I wanted the larger screen and the intel processor and I have not been dissipointed.

This computer is exactly what I need at my desk, large screen and very clear picture, touch screen when I need it.

It has a touch screen and it has a number pad on the keyboard. It's bigger than most standard size laptops but my husband found a carrying case for it at Best Buy!

I know buyers are opting for the portability of a smaller screen. I like to have the larger screen so clients can view the screen while I am doing a presentation.

I purchased this laptop after losing my first exact one in a house fire. I had only owned the first one for about 6 months, but had already known that I was going to do whatever I could to replace it with the same one! So glad I did...only thing is my box was missing the power cord, and since the store we had to purchase it from was so far from home I had decided to forgo the new one. Wish I would have gone back for it. You will NOT regret this purchase. The best laptop I have ever owned and I am 46 years old.

So, one of the things about this laptop that swayed me toward it was the 3D camera. I watched a few videos about it online, and people getting 3D images of their face. I thought this would be cool and could be transferred into other graphics. I also thought I might be able to get some 3D images of other small items that I could edit in Blender. Don't count on this camera to do any of that. It doesn't. It's pretty much a sales gimmick with no value beyond that. There are a couple of games, it appears. However these games don't appear to be very entertaining and when I'm used to much more exciting games, I feel no draw to even experience them. Then the only software I could find in their store that did a face scan was one for a company that uses your face scan to sell you an incredibly expensive tiny little figuring with your face attached. You can apparently do this with photographs of your face and without this camera. I'm not sure about the quality of these, because I have no interest in additional overpriced trinkets laying about the house. The camera (besides the 3D aspect) doesn't always turn on to recognize me to log in. I haven't used it for anything beyond that. Because of the camera I debated on whether or not to return this computer, but didn't. I would rate it as average though. It's a decent computer if you don't expect amazing things from the camera. And if you don't expect the camera log in to work on a regular basis. Other problems I've had with it I just chalk up to Windows 10 - which gives hassles in many areas anyhow.

I like HP products and recently purchased this Envy laptop with touchscreen ability. It is easy to use. I also like the 17" screen.

This computer is a bit heavy but the acoustics are worth it. It is also fast and even though its a little heavy, sleek and portable.

Looks good and easy to use. Love the teach screen and the speakers while playing mg iTunes. Fast processing a definite upgrade.

I replaced a HP Pavillion dv7 laptop that was 7 years old with this laptop and am very happy with it. Screen has a very high quality display and storage and processing speed is excellent with the large amount of RAM. Can play higher end games (like Fallout 4) on the lower end settings which is ok with me. My only complaints would be the inability to shut off the trackpad which is oversized on this laptop (so that my palm interferes with typing) and that the keyboard feels flimsy. All in would recommend though.

So far I'm loving it. Still have a lot to learn about the new Windows 10. The touchscreen is neat. The large screen is a plus.

This has the best of both worlds with the17.3 touch screen to the full key boar with a ten key. Great for anyone.

Did my home work on this HP Laptop. It's a work horse from the word go. I got my the best price at BEST BUY. Great for videos, gaming or gust surfing the web.

I replaced an older HP computer with the HP Envy and so far it's been a great computer. Touchscreen is nice and I like the size.
