Is a little heavy but I guess that what you get for such a large screen and touch screen, easy to use and very functional.

I bought this as a replacement for my HP G70-467CI. I use both for work and have had no problems with the HP products. The extra memory, large hard drive, video and 17 inch screen on the new HP meets all of my needs for work. I do a lot of programming and scanning of documents with both computers. The G70 has worked great over the past 6 yrs and is continuing to perform well. The only thing that I had to do with the G70 was to replace the battery this year. I expect this will do the same

This is a great computer. Video card is good. The battery doesn't last more then an hour if you are you using video card

this is a very good computer. the hard drive it came with was a bit slow at times so I installed a ssd to speed it up

Little slow on start up. Still learning Windows 10. Love the back lit keyboard an touch screen.

User-friendly. Fast. I would recommend this for kids who are hard on technology.

The computer was at the high end of my price range but had the must haves that I wanted. Once home discovered more features than I ever dreamed. I'm happy that I didn't shop anymore or anywhere else as I feel this was the best I could have purchased for the amount I spent and the service was excellent. I love my computer!

I bought this laptop in Feburary 2016, but didn't even open the box until April. It was easy to set up and install my programs and files from a backup, and I've loved using this laptop until a week ago. I rarely close my laptop - just let it time out and turn off the screen. But last week, I closed it and when I opened it back up, I heard a sound like plastic breaking. I examined the laptop and found that a screw had popped out of the hinge that secures the top/screen to the bottom/keyboard. It's in a totally inaccesible area without me removing the entire top. The hinge has apparently broken, which is why the screw fell out. I'm sure my warranty is up, and the repair costs would be prohibitive. I googled the problem to see if I could repair it myself, and there are tons of complaints on the HP website about this defective hinge. HP will repair the hinge, but it means sending them my laptop for the duration of the repair, plus paying HP $200 to fix their defective part that failed. I hope Best Buy holds HP's feet to the fire because I'm worried this hinge problem will eventually cause damage to a cable or card inside the laptop unless it's fixed.

Found the laptop my husband wanted as an open box item. He will get a faster hard drive but overall likes the laptop.

I love this laptop, but idk about the other products I originally bought a Toshiba laptop from Best Buy and I received it broken it would not load at all past a certain page. So I returned the Toshiba and got an hp laptop and the screen had issues so I went back to Best Buy and had to return that one for the same hp and I love it

HP has really stepped up their game the last couple of years. I have an Envy Desktop and an Envy Laptop so I really had no reservations about getting an Envy Printer. The Desktop and Laptop have been amazing no issues with either. The Printer makes very professional level pictures and printouts. The ink replenishment program is a bonus, I am never out of ink and no longer have to pay outrageous prices for ink refills. I highly recommend HP Envy line of products.

The specs on the laptop are great. Not to happy with windows 10. Touch screen works good.

Love this laptop only one thing could of made this even better a Blu-Ray player and burner but its ok. All in all the laptop is awesome the keyboard lights up with f5 love its white led looking lights the sound from the Bang & Olufsen speakers are the nicest I've ever heard. Oh didn't even know this laptop had Bluetooth didn't care but now that I know I cant live without now.

This is one of the best laptop I have ever bought...like the size for a home computer

My son is taking college on line, he wanted this computer for the memory and speed. Great resolution and gaming.

I love my laptop very easy to use and you can use touch screen or key board. I highly recommend this product.
