Purchased this for work. Love it! It's not slow and starts up pretty fast

I still purchase All my computers, laptops, printers and office supplies at best buy. I'm completely blown away at the knowledge of the employees every single time. Super helpful in answering all my questions, and helping me to make some decisions with new products and software purchases. Customer service is awesome. Truly value that because it's not true for other retailers. Not easy to find this just anywhere unfortunately.

Needed a new simple computer. I now have this race horse. You get a lot of support for the computer. Best Buy, HP, Windows, McAfee and Time Warner all have been a great help. The computer has a number of ways to net work with other devices. I am using the HP blue tooth mouse and having "fun computing."

This laptop is great for professional use the touch screen is wonderful and the and it's easy to maintain.

I love this laptop! So much faster than my old HP laptop which only has 4GB memory... This one has 16GB !

Lot of expectation from this laptop. Price wa staggering (with taxes) ~ 950$. The one I bought had a startup issues and hence, had to return it and get back another one. Best Buy guys as always was very helpful here. Touch screen, display is fine. But considering 16 GB RAM, 1TB Hard Disk and I7 processor I feel it is a bit slow. Rest everything is good but can't rate it as excellent.

Looking for a fast and friendly laptop, this is it. Clean lines w/back lite keys super fast and excellent.

I've had this laptop going on 3 years now. I've made physical upgrades to it such as installing a SSD. This is something that should have been in the build initially even back in 2016. It's powerful and I can play my games on it on medium-high settings. Of course, it's heavy and not really something you can travel with on a regular basis. But this laptop has severe build issues. The screws will often find themselves falling out. I have had to spend twice as much as I did on this laptop to fix it. The screen glue is constantly coming undone and when I sent it back for repairs to the manufacturer the first year I had it I told them the headphone jack was no longer working along with the screen coming undone. HP never fixed the 3.5mm jack and I have a non-working headphone jack on a computer I spent almost a grand on. I wouldn't recommend this laptop to anyone. But it gets the job done. It now acts as a stationary laptop in my home.

This laptop is well worth the price. It is efficient and fast. I am completely satisfied with the product.

Very happy with this purchase. Large screen & great graphics! So glad I purchased the larger screen.

So far, I really love this laptop. It's got some really cool features like the 3D real sense camera and the apps that go with it. Some stuff doesn't run as fast as I was expecting it to for the laptop being a 12 or 16 GB and 1 TB memory and hard drive. But, overall a very good buy for the most part and I would definitely recommend this laptop to everyone.
