I bought this sucker in 2016 and it’s now 2020 in the middle of this coronavirus pandemic and I am entirely grateful I never got rid of it! Phones are cute but my computer is life! This particular HP has so many wonderful features I’m enjoying all of them too!

Stable laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stable laptop, my only complaint is the Hybrid Green Hard Drive, which is a little slow, replaced the 1TB Hybrid drive with ! TB SSD drive. With the installed SSD drive the laptop now rates 5 stars.

Powerful laptop

I will have to buy a powered USB hub to increase the number of USB ports but that's fine, I also had to buy a VGA-to-USB adapter to add another monitor in addition to the one attached to the HDMI port.

I'll be honest, the story started out very strong. I love story driven games. But towards the end it felt like the developers didn't have a lot of time to keep that momentum going. It is still a great game and I'm loving all of the updates. Hopefully soon the story will feel complete!

Substantial Laptop

Processor speed is great, also. It has all the bells and whistles that you need and then some. The ONLY thing that I can see as a "con" is the sensitivity of the touch pad. It requires a "heavy" touch....but in actuality, that doesn't make a difference to me because I always use a wireless mouse and not the touch pad.

Crashed

The first time it went off line the problem message advised that I call support. Support states a "bad" driver and fixed it remotely. 2 weeks later the same thing happened and while HP had control remotely the computer CRASHED. The computer is currently with the Geek Squad. I haven't had this computer for a week.
