Solid upgrade some glitches

Works great but every once in a while I get a msg that says something like video card error but reset. And one of my games keeps crashing, but otherwise works great.

Hardware nice, software questionable such as MAil.

There was no way to carry over my folders or contacts from my old pc. I also wasn't able to move all of my mail from my old pc to my new one. I still haven't figured out how to add all of my favorites from my old pc to MS Edge. The built-in mouse is too sensitive.

Excellent Laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to replace a Dell Laptop and to run a batch of audio programs like Pro Tools and Superior Drummer. So far this is a great laptop with no issues. The only caveat I have is Windows 10 is not certified with Pro Tools 12, so I have to wait and see how it handles it. Amazing screen, great for movies and ultra fast processing make this a fantastic all around machine.

Excellent desktop replacement, great battery life

Great grapihics, good amount of ports, well laid-out keyboard including number pad, fantastic battery life (5+ hours). However, the bundled HP software is useless, takes up a lot of storage space. If I had to do it again, I would pay more attention to other brands just to avoid the HP stuff.

Sensitive Touch Pad - Jumpy
