My husband and I are architecture/ graphic oriented people. We looked for a laptop for roughly 3 months, extremely hesitant that the laptop we got would not be able to meet the graphics needs. The HP has not skipped a beat so far and has handled everything we've thrown it's way. Programs used are Photoshop, Lightroom, Revit, etc.

Very fast with the SSD upgrade I had Geek Squad install before taking possession. Running AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office and other business applications. Like the 17" monitor. Better value than other laptops with SSD included.

Apparently there is a hardware issues that could not be resolved even after spending several hours on the phone with HP technical support that actually drove the PC> It was most frustrating to say the least so I decided that it was not worth anymore of my time and energy trying to get a new PC up and running. So I boxed it up and returned it to Best Buy today for a complete refund...no more HP PC's for me!.

I got back this back in Jun 2016, it as been working great still going great !!!! BUT the DVD drive went out AW know I'm on the hunt to get the part to fix it and I don't want an external drive just one more thing I hanging around.

I love my new laptop! It does everything I want it to do and more! Love the 3D camera! Very easy to type on and I love the fact that you can set sounds to go off if you accidentally hit the Num Lock or Caps Lock key. That way you can tell if you're going to accidentally start typing in Caps! Great machine. I would buy it again!

It's a good laptop but you can feel it's 80% of the top of the line. Not them mid range but not the best of the best either. It's fast but not having USB 3.0 is a real bummer for me. But other than that it's a great computer and the camera password is awesome just a scan and you're in

I love my laptop, HP 17.3 Touch Screen Intel Core i7, 16 BG Memory w/1TB Hard Drive. (silver color) I've never had any problems, use it every day. Also, use web root from Best Buy, awesome. Love it, what can I say. Retired, Applications Software Engineer, PC Designer. Sharon M.
