Was looking for large monitor laptop and got that.

Brought a much more expensive PC for over $1,500; it was a 15". Brought it back in 2 days. Everything was so small I needed a magnifier. Best Buy couldn't make the screen any better. REFUND! Bought another 23" and am very happy. It has many anti-theft application built right in and the speed is great. This is a KEEPER!

Bought this laptop for my wife. She absolutely loves it. Starts up in seconds since I replaced the hard drive with an SSD. The screen is the best part, excellent for my wife's aging eyes. She replaced her tablet with this pc and could not be happier.

This laptop is a portable workhorse that can take anything you can give it to do! I process large databases and have multiple tasks running at once. The most marvelous thing is that the machine stays COOL with all the built in fans. The keyboard is very sweet and the 4 USB3 ports are FAST. I am a very happy owner.

After reviewing the product I purchased the laptop for my 14 year old grandson. I needed to get a laptop that he could use for school and also for light gaming. It has met and exceeded his expectations so far.

This Intel i7 is beast! Good for gamers, multitaskers and just everything, it has a face recognition to make sure its you, so no more passwords, it has a few flaws but I think a few updates have fixed that. But if you want a long term and fast computer WITH touch screen and responsive specs, get this one here.

This computer replaced my desktop machine. The 16 gb RAM makes this machine superfast. The 1080 hd screen is excellent quality. I use a targus docking station to connect to desktop monitor as well.

It is an excellent laptop. There have been a few more updates through HP than I would like as it requires restarting the computer often during use. Otherwise it has operated flawlessly running landscape design software and for business use.

The i7 v6 processor is powerful enough to compete with desktop computers, and the screen resolution is excellent. The variety of ports are sufficient to access the external monitors and peripherals that I needed. It is heavier than I would like, but I have not seen anything lighter with this capability.

I bought this computer as a discontinuing sale. Ithe was an awesome process and couldn't pass up. After a month of light usage, the screen began flickering. I returned to best buy and they said it was likely the graphics card failing. BB was very helpful and helped me pick out a different computer. I loved the computer and it's capabilities. I think I just got a lemon.

Heavy -Back-lit keys hard to see letters&numbers - very dirty - missing 2 screws - mouse pad poor quality and some times does not work on every touch - looks like this was a demo or previously sold. Store employee info and upgrades were wrong had to return upgrades. I have had dells all my life, should have got one but live and learn. My health has been bad and I went buy return time, my bad

Great computer, fast and dependable. Really nice keyboard and a little light on the cap lock key is much appreciated. So you know when caps are on. Smooth typing keyboard, I am so surprised that there is no .com, key yet, or a seperate @ key, (like on tablets). Sound is good on this machine too

Without a doubt, this is the best laptop with all the bells and whistles. Very powerful yet easy to maneuver. I would highly recommend this laptop to everyone....it's a must have for the price. You can take go wrong. I love my laptop.

it a ok system. Not the best but also the worst...

I was looking for a laptop that could keep up with everything that had to be done on a daily basis plus more and I found that in this laptop! It has a great processer and you can't beat the price! I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone who had to do things fast and consistently.

I have now had this computer for 3 years and no issues until just recently, and that is just that it needs a new fan. Only other minor detail is that some of the keys are no longer legible as the letters have worn out. Works just as good as when I got it.

Very disappointed when I saw this product go on sale for $120 cheaper, 19 days after I purchased it. I talked to the sales person and the sales manager. Apparently there is no way I can get reimbursed. I have been a card holder there for many years.

Expected more from HP. Windows 10 has compatibility problems with everything, and I had download new sound drivers to get the speakers to work. The computer seems to have multiple issues on startup, especially if any updates were installed. The touchscreen is nice, but they tried to make it more like a smartphone and less like a laptop which means the touchpad is way too sensitive. The L and R click keys are gone, and the integrated versions in the touchpad are too far apart to use comfortably and/or you end up hitting between them. If you're looking for a dedicated laptop this isn't for you. If I didn't already have so many hours into making it minimally functional I would take it back.

Well I have only started to get to know the new Laptop and today dumped a full cup of coffee on it. Needless to say the Geeks have it now, so if I get it back or possibly a new one......Expletive, I will be able to give a better review once I get to use it for more than a couple of weeks.

LAPTOP IS GREAT! MY ISSUE IS LACK OF OWNERS MANUAL. EVERYONE DOES NOT HAVE PC SKILLS IN DNA. HAVING BOUGHT MY LAST COMPUTER IN 2005, IT WAS LIKE STARTING OVER ALL OVER AGAIN. MAYBE MANUFACTURERS ARE THE ONES WHO PUBLISH THE "XXX FOR DUMMES" BOOKS?
