A great laptop with a very good configuration. No issues so far. It is perfectly suitable for programming needs as well as usual day to day work. laptop is heavy but we knew when we purchased it.

have had some problems due to my not understanding of how to use but have not had time to go back to Best Buy and try to find out where to go for some instruction.

I love all the features of this laptop. The only negative is the weight of it. It is for work, so toting it back and forth is kind of a hassle.

Old laptop was 9 years old. Needed to upgrade and found this unit to have everything I needed at a fair price. Overall very happy with purchase.

This laptop along with Geek Squad support has been a great. I've been a fan of Dell but I really like this HP laptop. Pricing was better than Dell and I like the performance of it as well.

I purchased this product for my daughter who travels a lot due to her job. She really likes it because she can do everything that she needs to do pertaining to her work while she travels.

This is a handy laptop with some nice hardware features (plenty of USB ports) but for as much memory as it has (16 GB) it operates at a fairly pedestrian speed.

We don't do much gaming, but this laptop is perfect for whatever else we do, from streaming movies, to web browsing this one for the money, is a can't miss. Picture clarity is just awsome.

This computer is so easy to manage. Especially for a person that is not great with technology. I can manage my affairs without any problems.

I decided to buy a new laptop as my old one was to slow to download & edit my GoPro videos. This new one makes this a much easier task and much faster , too.

The only negative is that I was supposed to receive double awards because I opened a charge card account. However I have not received my reward certificate

I like it so far. the touch screen is nice and the camera security is good

Computer has many different features. I like the multiple usb ports. I just dont care for the short battery life.

This is a good laptop with many features. Not a huge fan of the touchpad design-- no buttons and it makes a clicking noise. All in all I would recommend

Had to stay on the phone with HP for over two hours to get it fixed, since it had the blue screen of death

I absolutely love the HP Envy laptop it has a large 17.3 inch screen which is a touchscreen, and there's so many bells and whistles which makes this laptop fun work with.

Hard to find a moderatly priced laptop with a great gpu. Laptop exceeds expectations in every way. Highly recommend. 16g of ram is more than adequate for just about any application.

great for my school and I purchased the geek squad warranty and we extremely happy with the service the lab top had I will always get the geek squad protection

I love this new laptop. Thanks to Best Buy, I can afford to buy top quality products. I love that this HP product has 16GB of Ram. Hopefully, it will stay usable for a few years.

Bought this computer to replace an older HP 17-inch screen. Lots of improvements. So far have had no problems; very stable. Love the bio-metrics facial recognition login feature.
