Great laptop to replace my desk top Outstanding Speakers

I haven't had a chance to push this computer to its limits yet, but haven't had any issues.

Great laptop, only complaint is the weight and size of the computer, otherwise runs great!

It was an interesting deal. I have been using the laptop and have no regret about it it is just excellent.

I was not sure how well I would adjust after Windows 7. However, it was not as difficult as I thought It would be.

For 12GB of RAM you would think rendering would be a snap! However that is not the case with this machine. I keep getting a diver failure message and the screen locks up and then it says it has recovered and restarted. Even downloading and installing patches has not helped. This machine is destined to be returned to the store...

This machine replaced an older HP Envy. The spread and the features don't disappoint.

Learning curve for Windows 10 is a little steep but very satisfied with the computer.

From day one I've had trouble with dead spots on the touch pad. I've spent countless hours online and on the phone with Geek squad. To say nothing of the fact that they created some of the problems by messing up the transfer from my old computer to this one. The computer continues to lose functionality. One by one icons in the task bar will not open. And now the windows button won't work either. The touch pad is all but useless, I have to use the mouse. I spoke with HP within 10 days of purchase and their only offer was for me to send the computer to them were they would do a factory reset and then send it back. Meaning no computer for 2 weeks and when I did get it back I'd have to reload EVERYTHING. Geek Squad continued to patchwork fix the problems but they would crop up again within a day. Now Qeek Squad has decided the only option is a factory reset. I've decided to pay for the in home fix so I don't lose the computer for multiple days. By the time I realized this computer was hopeless, it was past the 15 day return period. If this doesn't cure the problem, I guess I'll end up having to send it back to HP who will probably try another reset before they decide this is a lemon. The only question is will I get a new computer or a refurbished one. But it does mean having to reload everything over and over again, Each time there is the chance that my data gets corrupted and I have to spend hours downloading software. But I'm stuck with this piece of junk because it's past the 15 days. Really unhappy with Best Buy, Geek Squad and HP..

This laptop seems better than my 10 year old one that still works bit is outdated.
