Laptop still works but hinge broke (luckily in the open position) but very inconvenient for a laptop.

i returned this laptop due to very slow in performance despite of having 16gb of ram and i7 proc.

Purchased this laptop for my brother who is going back to school. His friend reccommended it & this is the one he had his heart set on.

Just beyond the warranty and the screen had gone out. Still worked to an external monitor but defeats the purpose

Unfortunately, for a 17" laptop with a touchscreen, there were only 2 options. This was the better of the 2. Already, the camera -used to login- won't turn on half the time. I never turn on airplane mode, yet over 10x I have had to try to turn it off to connect to the internet. The touchscreen isn't nearly as responsive as my older Toshiba and Sony. It gets the job done -albeit with hassles along the way.

Right when I powered it on I knew I was going to return it. had some backlighting issues and also took awhile to start up and on top of that it was making a weird noise and the screen kept flickering on and off. Seemed a nice laptop until I had it all set up

I really wanted this to be the best laptop I ever purchased due to the specs and price. The screen had three large backlighting bleed spots due to poor quality control, the worst spots were adjacent to the hinges and corner, which made watching any video disappointing. (I presently own an HP Pavilion, 17 inch laptop that is 3 years old and still works great with no screen issues). It also stopped functioning properly after loading one game; Starcraft. Due to Best Buys excellent return policy, I returned it without issue.

This PC worked OK but was often unresponsive via touchscreen and seemed to lag with some simpler tasks.

I purchase this because of the sale price, but unfortunately haven't used the computer a lot yet.

This laptop had several problems and unfortunately i had to return it after only a week.

Nice design & features--which is why people buy HP. Performance is poor. Started having problems a few days after purchase. Each day got worse. Display stop responding. Opened programs, but had difficulty closing them. Would not completely install printer software even after having to uninstall & reinstall several times. My first thought was perhaps this was not a new computer, but refurbished & sold as new. Returned it. Will never purchase HP again. Uneasy about purchasing electronics at BestBuy altogether.

Having problems with it I think I'm changing the computer it's in the return policy

All sorts of Problems with the product. Would never buy this brand again

If you need a slow giant that needs restarting and is annoying. Buy this one.

Brand-new out-of-the-box had a bunch of viruses took two weeks to get fixed

Set up was easy. Runs good, I just don't like the gigantic heel pad.

So far, i love it. Would opt for the smaller screen if i had a redo.

I am headed back to my Geek Squad and glad I have an extended warranty, which may or may not help the lack of reception for the wifi. My old laptop (HP Pavilion dv7) picks up the signal fine from our router, but not the Envy.

This computer should have just sped through any task based on Ram and other specs. My phone was faster. As a point of how awful this product is, after less than 90 with the product the hard drive died. Just froze and stopped working
