A great laptop for home or work use. It's not a throw in your bag type, but a good laptop to replace an old desktop computer. Fast, great video, and sound quality is very good.

As I stated, began having issues 30 days after getting laptop. Features and unit itself is amazing when it works, but hard drive issue made unit unstable and HP was not able to correct on line. Returning unit to Best Buy today after finding out that it has already been discontinued by Best Buy. I will need to exchange for similar more costly model available now.

Love it, HP is definitely my go to for laptops, they do their own updating of HP utilities so I don't have to and last for many years with no problems.

This laptop has suited my everyday needs. As you would expect, it doesn't do massive high-end stuff, but it does get by with everything I need to do.

4 years and still as good as New... No complaints and the Geek Squad is great as well if you do need help

Bought this for my 12 year old. So far he enjoys it. It's user friendly for his age. Good purchase so far.

Love that it has a cd player. Hate that the camera doesn't always work due to Microsoft patches.

This laptop is used for business and has worked flawlessly. I had a dell before and went to the HP.

I bought this laptop just over a month ago and since then it's worked for the most part. For general programs it's great. However whenever I try to stream ANYTHING(music, movies, videos) it freezes. If you plan on listening to music online or watching videos, choose something else.

I love how this 17 had 16 gb of ram, then the banh and olfsen it is awesome

First computer had bad backlight bleeding and yellow tint on screen. Brought it back for another, same model, worse backlight bleeding on startup. This would have been my second HP, but after having problems with two of them straight from store, I wil not buy another!

A good laptop with plenty of space and memory. Love the 3D camera.

First of all, this computer cost $1000...it should be AWESOME, in every since of the word...fast, crisp, nice speakers, no real issues watching videos on Youtube or Netflix....not so with this computer. Also, I can only use this machine on the second floor of my house...yes, no internet action on the lower level. I never had this issue with my Dell, which was half the price of this. I will never buy HP again!!!
