    Installed HP updates from the Personal Assistant and the laptop crashed. After MANY hours of diagnostic testing, I had to reinstall the software again. Took over 4 hours to complete. Lost all my files! Stay away!

    I've tried updating drivers & the refresh rate, but the issue still happens intermittently. I called support & after being bounced around between foreign outsourced agents, they told me that in order to prove it's a hardware issue I need to format my laptop & reinstall the SAME drivers. Never mind that in itself being a huge waste of time, they state that if that doesn't work I would need to ship out my laptop & be without it for over a week while they diagnose the issue.

    Bleeding Backlight

    This model have severe backlight bleeding issue straight brand new out of box which is unacceptable if u spending that much money 2nd the battery sucks barely gives and hour had to return it and bought me a dell so far much better same specs same price but no issues

    original had to be returned for performance issues and system not connecting to the internet when the other laptop and desktop do just fine - HP support suggested to return to and get a replacement - I did that, and the second one had a bad hard drive after HP support couldn't get the system to do a recovery - would not recommend anyone to spend this much money only to be disappointed as many times as I have. I was a big HP fan until this experience - good thing Best Buy witnessed what the computer was doing and refunded my money.

    Malfunction from day 2, Horrible computer

    From day 2 this laptop required a hard shutdown. Honestly I need to hard shut down 99.9% of the time. The start button works intermittently, the toolbar on the bottom of the screen won't show clock or my shortcuts, the volume button does not work. It has a frozen pixel. If I could give it a 0 star rating this laptop has earned it! I will be getting another ACER, my last one still works great and has never given me an issue.

    the worst laptop i have ever used, worst than NetBook, Network connectivity (kicks you out of your wifi, even others are online next to you), freezes very often, makes you restart thousand times, even you try to troubleshoot the issues you have been familiar with, so conclusion I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST TO A FRIEND, and if you do online presentations to the group this will make you look like a fool all the time. Pay $1000.00 and you will use the product worth of $200.

    Worst computer I've ever owned. Has been to geeks 3 times. Continuously freezes and touch pad doesn't work right and keyboard sticks. No more hp computers for me everrrrrrrr!!!!!!!

    My HP envy broke in 3 weeks and I couldn't get a return. Bad product and bad service. I will never purchase an HP again, nor will I ever shop at best buy again. I don't think i will even pick my computer up from the geek squad. I mean what for, so it can just break again?

    So I wanted a new computer for playing games so I got this one I have had it for 4months and recently I have seen freezing constently not worth 1,000$ hate it I need to return it soon to buy a msi or something.

    I got this laptop just a few days ago. The WIFI adapter is really worst one, it disconnects all the time. I have updated the driver but it doesn't help at all. So I'm going to return it. Never had such a bad computer.
