Never buy another refurb.

No where on the website did it say factory refurbished. When the laptop arrived it looked brand new and booted right up, so I decided to keep it. About 2 hours into installing software it crashed and wasn’t recoverable. Reloaded windows and started over. Had another unrecoverable crash so I returned the unit. Had I known it was a refurb I would never bought it. Live and learn.
