Q: Can I trade in my old laptop on this laptop?
A: undefined
Q: Does this have a back-lit keyboard?
A: I apologize! I was the one that made the original post answering this question stating that it did not have a backlight. Turns out, I'm just incredibly stupid and didn't realize it is defaulted to "Off" and it needs to be manually turned to "On". This model DOES have a backlit keyboard and everything else about the specs are true to the site as listed. Amazing machine!

This computer is capable. It is simple as that. Capable of every need and desire I have along with the sleek design and touch screen make it feel like the latest in technology should. This price point doesn't have a laptop that is comparable. The 32 GB Ram allows me to do things that bog down anything else. I highly recommend this unit.

Very long story shortish, My wife and I are fairly basic users. I am an Excel geek and she is a tutor. We have always had to restart to do anything "in-depth" and just got sick of it. We wanted something better and future-proofed for at least 5+ years (hopefully more). If you are in the same boat, the "speed" of a computer is all about the RAM. 16 is standard these days (2/21/26), but we opted for the 32 and holy cow! So fast! I am a heavy review user so I hope this helps! It came packaged very well (pretty much the manufacturer's packaging). Understand when buying from a 3rd party site that it is a real life person building to your specs. Whoever sold this is a real person and they bought an incredibly basic laptop that has an ability to be upgraded. They snap the laptop open and upgrade it to your requested specs. It may arrive to you appearing unopened or opened. Ours appeared unopened and I took pics. The first thing I did was install antivirus and run a FULL scan. 100% clear. Hopefully we don't have to buy again soon, but I would 100% buy this product again from the same seller.
