    Received this laptop and brought it into the store to have my documents transferred by the total tech team. They called me right away to say they found a defect in it and ordered me another one. The new one came, everything was transferred onto it but it runs very slow. I will be back with the total tech team to see what might be going on. Overall its sleek and compact enough to fit into my work bag. I am confident they can sort out the slow down likely something on my part) and everything will be good with this one.

    Due to its design it is super easy to carry around. The Display Quailty is outstanding. Only issue for now ln this product is heatsink issues.

    It has been a few years since I bought my last laptop. This one surpasses it greatly! Not only was everything from my old HP transferred over from the cloud, but, to my great surprise this has Face ID! I have more memory, a faster processor and much flexibility. The size is more portable and will be easy to take with me when I go.

    So far, I have no complaints about the laptop. Works great and the fan isnt too loud. I'm a little biased towards HP since I've been burned before but so far no problems.
