It’s such an upgrade from my last computer which I also purchased from BB! The young salesperson answered all my boomer questions with gentle understanding.

It’s a little heavy,and slightly slower to start up than my older (12 years) model Mac. However the screen is great, and using it for remote work is way better than on the Mac. Being able to use a docking station makes portability a breeze by not having to unplug a horde of cords.

I got this laptop because my old one was at least 5 years old. It was an amazing purchase especially at black friday prices. It can keep up with all my college work amazingly.

Came week ago to get a laptop and got a hp and lets just say im a apple person they trade me out got me everything i need for the mac thank you guys

I purchased this laptop a couple weeks ago. So far in love with it! Everyone that sees it asks which type of laptop this is.

Like the new laptop but trying to get use to it, old laptop was purchase when Vista was popular but it has been updated thru the years.

So far it has done everything I have asked it to do. Plus the tablet feature makes it not only a work horse but a entertaining machine as well.

It was super fun and good for the first weeks but then when I tried to put my iCloud in it, there was a random glitch so I contacted customer service to help me figure it out because so far it was just nonsense tab questions. The customer serves from the computer was very nice but horrible they “fixed” my problem (it was still there the hole time) and they weren’t very good even tho it was just me trying to get my iCloud in the computer. So I returned it, mine just had a glitch maybe in the future I’ll try again.

This laptop has made working from home easier for me. The video is crispy! I’m glad i got this laptop.
