Fast and lightweight. Stays charged for a long tine. Would recommend this laptop.

The Geek Squad took care of everything in a timely manner. They set up my new HP Envy computer installing the apps and passwords needed, and transferring all the files from my old computer. It was a seamless transition. I was able to continue my work just where I left off. No more waiting for the computer to boot up. No noisy fans. and the speed is awesome. Love it!

I didn’t think I was going to use the touch screen and it turned out to be very useful feature. The hardware on it is very fast for my needs. I use a drafting program Blue Beam and it loads it up fast. I went and bought my sister this laptop for her school work. She is enjoying it as well.

I have not upgraded my laptop for over 10 years, so it was about time I did so. My best friend has this laptop but a little smaller of a screen and she recommended it to me. The battery life is great and I love the display. The touch screen is def a plus and comes in handy. No complaints!

I love this laptop. I got it a year ago, and it has been solid. It is quick and the battery lasts forever! I also like that it is touch screen. I need that option at work for some of my stuff. The speakers are also great. I would definitely recommend it.

Lots of new features on Windows 11 - but good tutorial on You-Tube. Love the touch screen and the easy to use start- up process. It sure seems easier to use than I remember on my former laptops! I'm a "senior" and I really appreciate the kind and patient help that Best Buy gives me!

Great screen size, quick, light. Easy to move around from app to app

This computer is great. We've had it for over a year now and it meets all of our needs. Fast performance. We don't really use the touch screen though and definitely don't rotate the screen. It seemed like a cool feature but not something we are using in practice.

No complaints from me. The laptop is very light, but seems durable. The screen is vibrant, it runs great, and is the envy of my entire family. I love the touch screen too. The outside silver finish is a great change from my older laptop. Great sound from the speakers, very fast start up, and easy to use.

I love my HP laptop. It’s fast, has a great design, and the backlit keyboard is very helpful at night. It’s easy to carry, and I enjoy the features like the touchscreen and the screen that flips like an iPad. The screen size is also perfect to watch shows !

Fast, responsive, very portable...an excellent replacement to my Win10 laptop that is 7 years old. The laptop is actually smaller and lighter than my old one, yet the screen is actually 0.6" larger. I was so happy with this computer that we bought two!

My son needed a new laptop for college and after reviewing all the specs, this was right up our alley. The specs for a laptop that we received from the college were quite lower than, but I wanted something that would last. The 2 and 1 feature was a bonus. Great screen size, backlit keyboard, and the extended battery life images this laptop a no brained!

I am absolutely thrilled with my decision. The 360 degree hinge is allowing me to effortlessly switch between laptop and tablet mode. Powered with latest generation processor, handles multi tasking with ease. In terms of audio & video laptop delivers a top notch experience. I grabbed it at a best possible price.

One month in this appears to be a solid laptop that is much faster than my previous system. I have opened it to full tablet mode and expect this will last for several years. Battery life is excellent and the touch screen adds to the fact that my other digital life is on a smart phone.

A hefty performing hp laptop for your daily use with business use as well. The touch is very responsive and the 360 is an add on feature. Speakers are worth listening for one of the stand out tech in the system. Display is also pretty cool. Overall a very well built in laptop at the given price!
