This is something i actually needed. A good looking laptop with big screen and perfect feature.

I bought this laptop for a gift for my Son. He is very happy with it and reports that it is an excellent computer. He has poor eyesight and the lighting and screen on this computer makes it easier for him to see the screen. Great purchase!! I am planning to purchase another one for my husband as he needs a new one and has vision problems also. Thank you for providin great service and excellent products.

When the fan cut on, it gets really hot and a little loud than expected. I’ve purchased a cooling fan to help cool the laptop when I use it for long periods of time.

Great 2 n 1 . Gets the job done with plenty of doors and power. Ease of is also #1.

I would have rated it 4.5 if possible. It's very good, but not perfect. This was the closest to what I wanted and I have been pleasantly surprised. I miss my 10 key keypad greatly, but the backlight makes up for it. The salesman at Best Buy was awesome! Friendly and over the top helpful. He searched to help me find exactly what I was looking for. This was the closest and was on sale too!

I have had my laptop for 2 years now. It’s not holding up well. I don’t even use it daily! Only use it when I need to email someone, hop on a Zoom call or simply browse and pay bills online. I’ve had my screen go completely white. I’ve had the rainbow screen of death. The battery life is not great as it drains battery even when it’s shut down. I do not recommend this at all. I originally purchased it for online classes because of my major. It was fine for that, but now it is sluggish! It is only 2 years old though, so I am disappointed.
