And, I can attest this truth applies to not just one location, but the whole chain as I frequently have to purchase "ASAP" computer from coast to coast. Thank you Best Buy, for your resistance to supply-chain issues!

Decent laptop with a major flaw

Considering that this is the installed security feature to unlock the computer, aside from typing in a pin, it's pretty annoying that it does not work. I have had the computer for less than a month and the facial recognition works once out of every ten times or so. I have done troubleshooting and it still does not work. I had a Dell before this that used fingerprint scanning to unlock the computer, and it worked flawlessly. I wish this HP had both options, or at least had an option that works.
