He was very helpful yet patient and gave me the pros and cons of all the options I was reviewing. The computer itself is great and is exactly what I need. I love the facial recognition of signing on.

Pleased with the HP ENVY and GeekTech Service

It boots up very fast and connects to Zoom at about 100 times faster than my old Dell. For some unknown reason, my camera shut off on about the 4th day of use and only my virtual background showed up onscreen during my daily Zoom calls. Fortunately, I had p; purchased the Geek Squad Tech package and two very nice online techies were able to restore it.

Very nice laptop

I'm very happy to now own this item and I use it for my travelling laptop while my other laptop doesn't travel as much. The EVO technology is nice to have for quick charging, among the other benefits.
