Best Buy “My Go To”

Has been an absolutely awesome laptop. No issues everything he needed and wanted and still going strong. Great product and Best Buy has ALWAYS been my “GO TO”

Nice Laptop

The B&O sound is good but not audiophile as the name would imply. Overall really pleased especially when on sale.

I loveddd the rep that helped me, meka I think was her name! She got me one heck of a deal, we laughed and shared experiences. I needed a new laptop and I walked out happier than expected. She needs a promo!!!!

The keyboard is comfortable with minimal adjustments. The only critique I'd have here is that I'm not used to such a large mouse pad, so my hand can sometimes rest there and accidentally cause things to happen. I'm adjusting. Excellent value.

Such ease of powering it up the first time

The step by step directions were to easy to follow. I love the face ID it has to unlock the computer. I haven't had a whole lot of time to play around with it yet but I'm sure I will love it!
