The walk through of turning the computer on the first time was so easy. The step by step directions were to easy to follow. I love the face ID it has to unlock the computer. I haven't had a whole lot of time to play around with it yet but I'm sure I will love it!

Great, versatile laptop. Very easy to get set up with your apps and to use.

laptop's webcam. Most webcams deliver grainy images that are often poorly exposed. In contrast, the Modern camera's image was nearly grain-free with accurate skin tones and properly exposed with details that weren't washed out in the lightest and darkest areas.

Not much of a computer whiz but this computer was easy to set up. Love being able to change from computer to tablet feature.

Overall the laptop has worked really well! I set it up in a short bit of time. I had to remove some of the bloatware, but it is much better than the surface book I had before it. Nice materials and keyboard. Trackpad is a little plastic feeling but it works well!

Unfortunately I have been busy cleaning up three of my old computers that I have not had the chance to use this one. But according to people well verse in laptop this is a good buy and I’m looking forward to using, besides my old lol too can even take one more update.

Overall the product it is well built, has a nice panel and a good keyboard, however HP again failed with their drivers implementation using old or even drivers that are basics driver from Windows. An example is the Realtek HD audio driver that has the same version of the Windows 11 and delivers just the basic of what the device can do. BANG&OLUFSEN audio? What a joke. The driver dont even include the Audio Control for your "custon tunning" experience. Wifi driver? You better go and reaserch from Intel's website if you want to have all the benefits from the chip. And i could go on and on. If you still have time, do what i did, and return or exchange for something else.

This HP Envy laptop is a joy. Beautiful screen and resolution. Starts up fast and ready to go. I got the Microsoft Office for Home and Student. My first time with Microsoft Windows 11 and really like it. (Remember the seventh level of hell with Windows 8). Totally worth the investment.

This computer was great a purchase. It had a great price and is just what I needed for work.

Actually I have not taken it out of the box. I am waiting till the holidays are over and I have no obligations to distract me. As far as specs, I am well pleased with what I got for the price I paid. I am basing my ratings on my expectations.

For the price this laptop is an excellent choice. My tech knowledge is minimal so I can't speak confidently about all of the specs. I primarily use it for Microsoft Office, so I don't need a ton of power. I took of a star because although it isn't "heavy", it feels slightly precarious when held on your side. It is lightly textured, but still feels somewhat unbalanced when carried vertically. I'm more than happy with it

Same as previous HP Envys. I got this one to replace a 13in HP Envy from 2020 that had a burned out key on the keyboard. It had a fingerprint reader and motorized webcam cover but this one came with a manual webcam cover and facial recognition. It would have been nicer if it would automatically open the webcam when signing in because I have to open the webcam each time.

I got this for my husband for a Christmas gift and it was 50% for the Black Friday sale. It does its job perfectly! He uses it for work and gaming in his spare time. He absolutely loves it. Loves the face recognition unlock feature as well!

Overall the laptop was working great! I was so thankful for the customer service I received. Definitely recommend it to others!
