Excellent quality. I did return this item simply because of it's weight. It is kind of on the heavy side. Other than that I loved it. I have decided on purchasing a Microsoft Pro 9.

Customer service was amazing and sales associate was well informed and knowledgeable. Very helpful in getting the computer activated and was very patient with our limited computer knowledge.

This is a great device. My daughter uses it for all her collegiate assignments. Not one issue.

The weight-size ratio is excellent. It is perfect for high school students.

I got this as an open box but it runs great and the savings were very nice. I also love that they still provide a standard returm policy like other companies have on open box items

This was an open box item and it didn't arrive as expected. The drivers were not updated. I went to the Best Buy near me and the Geek Squad had it up and running by the end of the day. Great customer service.

I love the laptop although my mouse gets stuck quite often and does not want to come back up after pressing on it. I use a usb attachable mouse, so it hasn't been too much of an issue, but it has been quite annoying.

I'm still getting used to my new laptop so I have been using it, slowly. But since I am 79 years old, everything takes much more time than ìt used to.

We bought several items and all of them are great -- we were particularly happy with the person who helped us. I don't remember his name but he was knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs and questions.

This computer is amazing… I’m going back to school and it does everything I need it to do… operating system is lightning fast… It feels sturdy and strong ..keyboard, a solid… I can’t say enough good things about this one
