I got this laptop for college and I love it. Fast load speed and large memory. If your doing heavyweight work on computers, this is one to put in the books.

Honestly im a bit disappointed. Its a very heavy computer and it freezes often. I was excited to try out photoshop and bought this laptop specifically for the higher gigs and it kept freezing and crashing. At times it wouldnt even open photoshop when I clicked the tile. The mousepad often gets stuck when you click and is super sensitive. I dont know how sometimes the mouse is being affected. I miss my old acer chromebook but i dont have time to return this one as im moving abroad.

I love this laptop. Due to my business I added more memory. Great product! My last one lasted over 5 years

Daughter very happy with this computer. Son mentioned that my other HP had a better screen because it is touch but not reflective.

Laptop has been functioning ok so far. The battery does not hold power very long. After 2 hrs, the battery power dissipates very quickly and I have keep them charged all the time. This needs to be fixed. I will talking to Bestbuy today.
