Top notch speed , quality in speakers . It comes with microsoft edge which supplies VPN for free on the browser to protect you from hackers. The space on this laptop is great and its still small enough to carry for travel.

It's a beast. I got it at an unbeatable price too. Got it for 976 (w taxes) during the black Friday sale. Amazing performance, screen quality, battery life. It performs across all boards.

The box the laptop came in the as in bad shape. The laptop, on the other hand, was in great shape. It met all my expectations. The screen looks good. The battery life is great. I know there are faster processors but this meets my needs for editing photos, conducting virtual meetings, and all the usual business related documents such as emails, Excel worksheets, pPowerPoints, etc.

I love this laptop. Slim. Super light weight but sturdy. Plenty of memory. Touchscreen is amazing. Does everything I need iy to do and more.

Not a great keyboard. Limited keys; no numeric keypad. Garbage windows 11 installed. I got rid of that in a hurry. Decent memory and power. I got it to run things better than other I've used lately. Not many USB slots. Nice back-light keyboard. It's all raw above average power without better finesse. Would mildly recommend if you buy an external keyboard and a USB with it, so it lends itself to being more of a desk top and not a laptop for more advanced users. Nice 16" screen.

Absolutely amazing laptop. I love it. Cannot think of a single complaint so far. The keyboard feels amazingly smooth, easy short keypress, the screen is beautiful, fast, fan noise is silent even running multiple programs, with dozens of tabs open, it still stays quiet and cool. If I find any flaws I’ll return and edit something in but for now it’s been as good of a laptop as I could’ve asked for, not particularly for high level gaming if you’re a gamer but for business and creative purposes it’s great.

When Best Buy hosts a sale, it's legit! I got the computer on sale and then I've constantly checked back to make sure it didn't go cheaper. It hasn't! This is the lowest priced 32 gig computer from a good manufacturer. It's a 2 in 1 and a touch screen, which is now one of my requirements i can't live without. Very happy with my purchase, as always. I'm a TT member and love my Best Buy. My rep was awesome, very helpful, never pushy. As long as BB continues to hire great people, i will keep coming back.

Enjoying the HP Envy laptop with it's crisp viewing and easy to use laptop controls. It's lightweight which helps when traveling.

I prefer a larger screen and this laptop is a really nice balance between screen size and overall size and weight. It is smoking fast. I had to adjust the power settings to keep the screen from blinking off too quickly, but you can set it to match your preference. The keyboard doesn't have the keypad, but, when using it strictly as a laptop, I don't miss it. I connect a keyboard and large monitor when using it at my desk - yes - it's also a desktop replacement. I wish the RAM was upgradable but, with 32GB, it should perform well for a long time.

Speed is good for students and light work load. Display is good and the touchscreen is a little sticky but responsive. Enough RAM for CoPilot and storage is enough for word, exel and minimal video editing.

After weeks of reviewing a few different places and various laptops, I decided on this one. So far, it is working great. I can record and edit my podcast faster. Since getting this new laptop, I have not had to use my mics. The mic on the laptop recorded great and was clear. It moves fast through anything I'm working on...No stalling at all. So far a great laptop, had a minor problem with downloading a update but the geek squad sorted it out quickly for me and all has been great since. Much faster and smoother than my old hp envy and the graphics are awesome. I would highly recommend this laptop, high quality and speed with tons of storage for a reasonable price.

I’ve been in IT for over 25 years. My daughter needed a laptop for college. I wasn’t gonna buy something that was gonna be outdated within any year or two. This one met all the requirements to last a minimum five years and not be outdated by new machines that are coming in at this price point if you’re looking for something that won’t break the bank and last you. This is the laptop you should consider. It will remain compatible with newer applications without losing performance. Its fully upgradable. Add more RAM if you like. Great Machine.

Fits what I was looking for and much faster than my old 7th gen i5 laptop. Had been looking for a while for something with these specs as I deal with pictures and video editing on the side. For the specs, I couldn't argue with the $1349 price even though I missed out on the $300 off sale at $1049.. Everything I was finding before this was released with equivelant specs was in the $1700 - $2600 range. This fit the budget.

Nice computer. The size is perfect for daughter to carry around all day. Decent battery life. Came loaded with a bunch of garbage you'll need to get rid of. McAfee was the only real problem with this laptop. It was literally blocking every single thing we were trying to do to get her set up, files transferred, and connected at school. Once we uninstalled that program the rest of the set up was easy. She likes the touchscreen option a lot.

WOW! Talk about lightning speed. I love the size of the screen, the clarity of the images, and the layout if the keyboard, however, I do miss a numbers key pad but have purchased an add on, so problem solved. But honestly, this is one kicka.. computer and well worth the price.

Fast and furious….excellent performance…big storage and big ram capacity

The computer does everything I need it to do. It is lightweight, has clear and vivid images, and is fast. There was a problem with delivery, but Best Buy employees were helpful and all ended up well--just a week delayed and a store pickup rather than home delivery.
