    The computer does everything I need it to do. It is lightweight, has clear and vivid images, and is fast. There was a problem with delivery, but Best Buy employees were helpful and all ended up well--just a week delayed and a store pickup rather than home delivery.

    Great for what I need it for. Don't expect to be able to play graphic heavy game pass games on this or you'll be disappointed. It's fast for productivity and work, the screen is great for watching movies and Netflix and the like. Not good for gaming. The Ram keeps up, but the refresh rate and graphics are TERRIBLE.

    Great specs at an unbelievable price. Got this at the Thanksgiving sale and can safely say this has been the best VFM purchase I have made till date. Laptop itself is pretty fast to boot up and handle multitasking with ease. The vamera is great for work meetings. Overall an awesome package.

    This is a very fast machine. We have used it for gaming and everyday tasks like email and social media. The display is incredibly detailed and sharp when gaming or just surfing the web. The lapttop is lightweight which makes it more useful than our desktop for use in other places than the office. Overall a great machine.

    It works great. I'm not good with computers so I don't know how to use a lot of what is on it, but hopefully I'll get better. Lots of AI on it. Has lots of memory and storage and that is what I was after.

    It’s a very good laptop for not only school but also work. The slim design makes it fit easily into my backpack easily, and the touch screen and 360 flip is always a plus, as well as its ability to run smaller/medium software in terms of games and apps is also helpful. Anything too big in terms of games makes it work a little harder though. But overall would recommend.

    This pc has an incredible screen and excellent speed! I have not had a single issue since it was purchased 11 months ago. The taller screen is also nice when working with documents. Would definitely purchase again!

    I've been using this for a while now. I love it. It works fast and is very clear. The only things I miss are the SD card slot and number pad. I've gotten used to it. I am glad I bought this version, which has a lot of storage—learned my lesson with other computers.

    Laptop has lots of storage and is very fast. HP has always been my go to laptop. Wish it had a separate numbers column on right side but not hey deal breaker since I use an external keyboard most of the time anyway
