By far, this is the best laptop I’ve ever owned. It’s so fast the screen is crystal clear. Plenty of memory in this big boy. And with the SSD hard drive, I can lift it with two fingers.

I upgraded from an Hp pavilion 360 i bought in 2019. I'm blown away by this computer, the speed, graphics, and the new Co pilot. I had thought about returning this computer since it sat unopened for 2 weeks while i still used my prior computer. After opening it and spending 3 days with it i recommend it to anyone wanting a new computer it was also on sale for $1000 when i bought it as well. A+

Has been flawless in its performance, useful for day to day usage. Memory is a huge plus, heating isn’t observed

We needed a highly reliable portable computer for presentation use. We wanted it to have plenty of power so that all presentations and demonstrations went very well and without any hesitations. This unit does everything that we need very well and fast. Happy with it.

This laptop has been so easy to setup and use. With all the extra storage, youll never need an external hard drive.

Smaller and lighter with more memory and speed than my last one, but I do miss the extra buttons that came with the number pad. Also had to turn off the touchscreen - I'm too fumblefingered to deal with it.

Very powerful laptop. I work in business intelligence/data analytics where large amounts of data is processed and with this laptop I can do it with confidence that it is done very quickly.

Not heavy. Easy to use. Has a smooth finish and nice keypad. Been using it for a few months now and no problems so far.

Pros: Enough Space, Fast, good for programmers and gamers. Bought it on Black Friday Sale. Battery is doing just ok so far. Have started using it for my web programming purpose, so far so good. Copilot in this machine is an amazing feature. Cons: Came with just 1.8 TB space (supposed to be 1.9+TB), meaning 200+ GB in C Drive was gone, that was kind of disappointing when I saw the disc space for the first time after initial configuration. Windows 11 with SSD combo might not work for everyone, example, if you are a Microsoft SQL Server DBA or Developer, you wont be able to install or start the service without adding some entries in registry editor. Microsoft is aware of this issue and lot of articles and work arounds are available in Microsoft's support page, not sure why Microsoft could not put that entry in the registry by default when the laptop arrives. Careful when you touch the registry entries, anything you want to try, try within the return period. Black Friday Sale offers look good but I feel they are not genuine nowadays. This came with a couple of freebies, but had to visit couple of times at best buy to get them as they missed to add in the first place. Don't blindly install any softwares they provide in the offers bundles without reading carefully, your CC will be charged and auto renewed.

The best part of this machine over my previous ones is the upgrade in RAM. Blazing fast. Although, like my previous one and the model I use for work is the graphics drivers. They never seem to update. Browsers just go "black" in the middle of browsing. A driver issue also affected my ability to set screen brightness, and I had to get support on the phone to fix it. Apparently this is common in HP machines.

Went from 16GB memory to 32GB memory, so much faster and a larger screen is very nice.
