I like the big touch screen and wireless keyboard and mouse, the sound and graphics is exceptional. What I don't like about it, that fan runs too loud and its take long time to log in.

This was quite a challenge for me. I've used Microsoft products for a long time but had not updated from the XP OS, so there were plenty of new things which were out there. It turned out to be a lot of learning but very worthwhile.

Product is great! Easy to set up, amazing sound and screen. Usable, and quick! Only negative is mouse included lags quite a bit.

This product functions as it claims it will. My only issue is that the battery does not last very long. I have had fitbits in the past that only required charging once a week. This one seems to need to be charged every other day.

I absolutely love this computer My only complaint is when I put my pin # in it often says something has happened and I must restart my computer. But that is my only complaint I really like this computer and would highly recommend.

I am not a gamer or a heavy downloader. I needed an updated machine for basic functions like Photoshop, my habit for numerous open tabs in Chrome, iTunes, etc., and so far am impressed with the performance of this computer. My only complaint is that the speakers are so prominent in the design and boast the Bang & Olufson name brand, yet it took a half hour of EQ tweaking just to get them to sound halfway decent.

Bought this for my wife and I think a very good choice , She is not very computer savy and this is a good computer for her to struggle with . Every thing is easy and the computer is very fast.

This computer is fast and just what I was looking for. I am getting the most out of Win 10 installed. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get work done quick and with ease of use.

Great computer for the most part. I had to take it back to Best Buy the week I bought it for the geek squad to fix a minor problem it was having. Very easy to use compared to another computer I bought prior to this one.

We really like this computer for all of it's features. It's easy to move around in the house and I really like the if the mouse is dead that we can use the touch screen.

The Envy Touch Screen All in one Computer we purchased exceeds all of our expectations. We were shopping for a computer which I could keep track of household things and create simple documents in programs like Word and Excel. The computer we purchased does all that and more . It also operates like a tablet so the kids are very familiar with how to operate things on it. The computer comes with many software and programs that are pre-installed. Microsoft Office must be purchased separately. The computer does possess a web camera and a microphone feature which are very helpful. I am extremely satisfied with our new computer and its performance!

This computer is so easy to use and fun to use. My family loves the touch screen.

Very easy to set up right out of the box. Was up and running in a very short time. Takes up very little space compared to my tower computer. Have had no problems to this point.

I have not had the computer that long, but so far everything has been quite easy to get up and running. I did have an issue with it running slow and kept getting slower by the day. I had to call the Geek Squad who then logged in remotely and "fixed it". I was a little frustrated as there was no further communication about what they did so if I have a problem in the future and the Geek Squad is not the one fixing it, I will have no way of telling the person working on it what was wrong. I did find it strange that after having it for a week or two it was already getting slow but have not had any other problems out of it since then.

Keyboard and mouse are cheap . I replaced with Logitech and all is good. Computer good out of the box, use it all day long.. Runs great.. No CD-ROM however.

Cant use the keyboard to far from the monitor without it messing up. I almost want buy a different keyboard for it. But the computer itself is pretty nice!

Purchased this to replace my old HP all-in-one I used daily for several years, Thought that computer was the best. This is better. Great HP quality and just a cool machine
