Very Pleased with my Envy

No cd

Other than that works well and has a large screen. Getting used to the touch screen but still haven't gotten to where I can talk to Cortana .

Good machine

My wife thought it was a TV as I pulled up youtube immediately to check out the video quality and it was outstanding. HP had it on sale lower than Best Buy but they agreed to match the price for me. It doesn't come with a DVD player so I picked up a cheap one for $27 and it works beautifully. Cons: my screen has flickered a few times, crashed, takes 5 seconds to come back on and then says the graphic adapter crashed and has been recovered. Once it auto saved my work but it typically doesn't mess with my work. Hope my screen is not going to die as I can't fix these all in ones. I will have to make time to report this to bestbuy or HP. I like the machine but hope that I can get this graphic card issue fixed soon.

driver issues

I returned the first one with the hope that it was just that one. The second did the same thing and was also returned. Customer service was unable to fix it also. Not happy with the outcome and for the price would expect it to at least work a little bit

Super easy to use, has all the bells and whistles for the best value on the market right now. This is the best bang for your buck. We have apple everything. But what's the point of an Imac and and a MacBook. So we stuck with our MacBooks and bought this Windows PC to have both and haven't looked back yet. Amazing purchase.
