    My review is tainted by the fact that 4 weeks after setting up computer, the speakers stopped working. HP diagnosed a hardware failure and are sending me a box so that they can make the repair. If they replace computer all my setup work will potentially be loss and I will have to start again. I am not happy at all.

    Agent Timothy Huver got me up and running in 2 days. Usually going to new computer took me 2 weeks. The transition was abreeze thanks to Agent Timothy. He performed above and beyond to make the change easy.
