HP always makes you download their set up software then tries to sell you over priced replacement cartridges, so beware. Had a glitch printing two-sided when I first started using this printer. HP Tech Support had to go in and manipulate the set up, so this is not a plug and chug right out of the box printer. Had a second issue, but that seems to have gone away for the moment. HP Tech support is very responsive, which is good. My assumption is that they have had lots of practice. Bought this for $30 at a black Friday sale, so i got what i paid for.

Bought this printer on Black Friday. Pretty good printer for the price. Does take awhile to set up but easy instructions. Only downside is that it does take a little long to print. Not necessary to opt in the ink delivery option even though the purchase comes with a free $10 credit towards the purchase.

The printer is very modern looking because it is sleek and black in color. I like the paper being hidden in a tray versus having to be loaded from the top of the printer. The printer is all enclosed so there is less of a chance of dust getting inside. Easy to use.

This printer includes 2 ink cartridges. It comes with touchscreen for setup and browse the menu. Setup could be done through a computer or directly through the printer. I also like the 2 side printing feature. So this is definitely worth the money when it is on sale.

I bought this on sale for my daughter, when she goes off to college in the Fall. It was a sale that was too good to pass up. We'll see how it works when she hooks it up, 9 months after purchase. I do own a similar one and I love the HP instant ink feature.

I purchased the HP 5014 on Black Friday for $29. It’s perfect for my limited printing and copying. No bells and whistles; just the necessities. I subscribe to the Instant Ink program getting 15 pages per month and free ink cartridges automatically when needed.

I got this A-I-O printer on an unbelievable Black Friday price. It was simple to set up, although I needed some help with the scanner function. HP support took care of everything for me, and proactively called me back when a software update became available.

If you need a printer and a scanner at home for occasional use, you can't beat this at this price point. The scanner alone is worth the price. If you need to print a lot, look elsewhere because you'll be spending a fortune on ink.

We needed a new printer for home and I picked this up on Black Friday for a great price. We have only used it a few times but it works very well and it's easier to set up the wireless feature. I totally recommend this printer to anyone in the market!

Had been looking for an easy to use wireless printer to print from my iPad. Tried this one and it was just what I needed. Only issue I have experienced is if not used frequently the ink goes bad. Recommend using at least biweekly.

Haven't printed photos. I only print a few color pages a month (17 pages in the last year). I have a black & white laser for most of my printing. Connecting to WiFi has challenges and must be on prior to switching on computer to print.

Bought for my parents who do not have WiFi in home but wanted to be able to print from tablet, cell phone, etc. I was finally able to get it to work after I took home and got set up and working on my WiFi network at home.

The price was right. And the brand is great. Good customer support for all your questions and needs. The best thing is the instant ink. Prior to having Instant Ink , I would probably spend almost $200 a year on ink. Now I spend less than $40 a year.

I’m sure it’s good. I got it for my dad and my uncle. They keep messing something up where they can’t print and then I can’t figure out how to fix it. I’m sure it’s good and it’s just the men in their 70s messing it up

Especially for the price. Only concern is the page holder post printing. Nice design, but a little flimsy which leads to easily breakable! Fortunately, we haven’t yet but we’ve been very cautious with it. Must put it back in place after printing.

I have only Printed modules ER al, and it prints fine. Nothing fancy. it was easy to connect to Mac seamlessly, but for some reason it didn’t work as well with our HP laptop. The scanner also doesn’t seem to work easily.

The printer works great as it should. I gave it a 4 star as the scanning capabilities are literally non functional. Says there’s an update but no update reset it all drivers and nothing. Scanning a document shouldn’t be this difficult

For the Monet printer is good but many times the page does not finish because the screen says page is drying. It is easy to use and has good features but waiting for page to dry is maddening

Got this beautiful printer for younger sister on last black friday only for $30 and she loved it. Over all it does great. Although I will recommend to use with a wifi that password protected. I totally happy with my buy.

I don’t print much but so far everything is good. Only issue is the top of the page isn’t printing right, as if the margins are wrong because the top gets cut off by 1 mm. Tried to fix manually but still having issues but not a big enough deal to further troubleshoot.
