Dont print much so needed a basic printer and this suits my needs. The scanner is nice to have. The directions were not clear at all. I had to download the driver software from HP twice to get the scanner to work.

I have had nothing but problems with these HP Envy printers. I got one In June 2019 and it seemed to work fine until 4 months later when it would mess up any print job. Just got smears. Tried the cleaning function and thing just got worse. I took a chance thinking it might be a fluke so In November 2019 I bought another Envy printer to replace the first one. This one lasted a bit longer. Had it for 10 months until the pages I printed started coming out extremely faded and only partially printed. Printer said I had plenty of ink (I did just buy new ink which should have given me 300 prints). After a few days an error code came up and nothing I do helps. I refuse to waste anymore money on ink or HP.   To wrap up, out of 2 printers and the ink cartridges that came with them and the 2 I bought I got a total of 4 color, 17 multi, and 53 BW pages.  NOT WORTH IT. Do not know what happened to HP quality.  I used to have an HP PhotoSmart printer that I loved. The ink lasted a long time and I got a lot of great prints (photos and documents) out of it. The only reason I stopped using it was HP stopped upgrading the drivers and my computer wouldn't recognize it anymore. It's sad HP stops supporting their good products to make people buy newer junk printers.  Looking for new printer and Done with HP.

I bought this printer as a daily deal for $40 and, for that price, I'm extremely satisfied. Love the "instant ink" subscription too. For $5 a month I can print as much as I need. Would definitely buy again.

I love that I can wirelessly print from ALL my devices, including my phone. It was a great help printing and scanning schoolwork during homeschooling due to the COVID19 pandemic.

need a second printer just for my family to print wirelessly from mobile devices. put this in the closet and everyone in the family can print wirelessly... easy!

This is a fantastic buy especially with the ink options. I opted for monthly plan for 15 free pages and every 10 page for $1. No need to worry for the cartridges. Amazing..!!!

Super impressed it prints even 1200 miles from the printer. I was in another State, and hit the print button. Unbelievable it actually printed even being 1200 miles from the machine.

Bought this right around Black Friday. Not a bad printer for some quick documents and it’s price wasn’t bad $30 at the time. Just drains your pockets on ink if you’re using for a lot of paper work.

Turned out to be very handy during the covid19 lockdowns. HP's cartridge subscription is very handy too. Only complaint is this model doesn't have an automatic document feeder.

I don't use a printer often so I didn't set this up right away. I have to say I'm impressed with it, it is good quality and is easy to both set up and use.

I returned another printer for this one and I love it! It took me awhile to set up, but once I got it hooked up for my mother, it was easy to print from her computer.

Works as it should. I’m only dissatisfied because I had to purchase this item twice the first printer would not print. I have not had any issues with this one And I caught it on a holiday deal for $30

I brought this printer for my home office, so far this is performing good. Little noisy, I don’t mind for the price I paid. It was one of my Best Buy for this thanks giving.

If you’re a mac user like me then this printer is the best. Just download the app and print wirelessly without the hassle of purchasing an adapter to plug upto to a printer.

Perfect functionality with my phone, computer etc. works well with my internet. Side note It must be very close to your router as it’s built in wifi is not very strong.

Printer works great but I had no idea the ink was sold the way it was! I’m not Quite sure if it’s a convenience or not! Got it for $20 on black friday

All in all this is a decent printer -- but the ink seems to run out super quickly. Only printed out a handful of black and white pages .. and it's notifying me that the black ink level is at half

This is great once you figure out how to connect and sign up for the ink subscription service. It helpfully adds programs to Windows whether you want them or not!

So far this printer has worked great. I’ve printed multiple times from my phone, my wife’s phone and my MacBook Pro with no issues at all. WiFi and AirPrint works great

Great printer, take advantage of the instant ink program also, they are amazing with sending you refills through the mail!
