    I wanted to get a new printer because my epson workforce was starting to show it age. pick this printer because it was small and meet all my requirements. owned it for about 9 months but it was set up at the beginning of the year. it printed ok for about 1 month than i started to have software issues. i cant even print any more and on the software it show the printer is offline even though it turn on. HP should pay us for wasting our time and buying this product. plan on going back to epson model and maybe see if i can fixed my old printer because at least that printer i can count on it to print my school documents.
