Every time I try to print from my computer, there is an error. The HP Print and Scan Doctor app can't find a problem. I can download docs to my phone and print from there, but in the middle of printing a 30-page document there was a paper jam. After I got it cleared, the printer cancelled the printing 8 pages short of the total. There is no way in the app to select a subset of pages, so I have to print it all over again. Be warned. HP Printers = waste of money.

While googling on possible troubleshooting options, I have found out that multiple customers reported this issue. In order to make this device do its work, I had to download the software every time I needed to print something. Before every use, this machine seems to "forget" all its previous settings. Do not recommend this pain in the neck to anyone.
