this printer is joke keep lost wireless signal and slow printing speed and don't even think about photo print photo print is terrible

Doesn't connect 3/4 of the time, they never ship out the automatic ink. It is not due to user error it is poorly manufactured. Go with a Brother printer.

This printer has a hard time linking up to my computer and phone. The ink doesn’t last long either.

Still waiting for already paid for installation of printer. It's been over a month and I can't get an answer from anyone as to when it will be installed...very disappointed. The in-home consultation when ordering went very smooth, but the follow through, a total disappointment. Can't really rate it until it gets set up!

Bought it at a great price. HOWEVER, ran out of ink too fast. I printing in greyscale, least amount of dpi and I do not print pictures Was out of ink in less than 1/2 ream of paper. Terrible investment as you will be paying substantial money on refill ink.

not worth it. After 4-5 pages of colored printing use, the ink get finished.

This is legit the worst printer I have ever owned! Not only does it display the "No paper error" when I have plenty of paper in the printer it also jams all the time and you have to fight with it to get the paper out. The only reason I kept it is because of the HP Instant ink program, other than that this printer is TRASH!

This was junk, and the print heads clogged up hopelessly after a few months. No amount of “cleaning cycles” would fix it. So, I got this printer on sale for less than $30, but spent way more than that stocking up on ink. I’m sure any repair would cost more than the printer. It’s in the garbage. So is the expensive ink.

Bought this on sale, but should have read the Amazon reviews. Took hours to set up and HP site awful. Now I can't get it to scan. I should have stayed with Brothers printers.

You will be on phone for hours jumping half a hoop at a time! Look into other brands because the technical support kills it. You need to print regularly and keep the thing hooked up at all times or else you will have problems!!! No bueno.

Poor quality prints. Some times dosent pring anything blank paper

I only paid $20 for this on the black Friday sales. I paid too much. I misfeeds with about every other print and the cartridges need replaced very quickly. I am going to spend more for a quality printer and be done with this $20 experiment.

Finally opened this product which I purchased a while back... DISAPPOINTED - the ink cartridge cover handles were not attached.. One was in the box (found it) .. could not find the other. Without these you cannot put the ink cartridge in... TOTAL WASTE of money.

After numerous hours on the phone/online chatting with HP's customer service, this printer has never consistently worked. Because of prior experience with HP printers I believed this item was would work well though it was purchased on sale for a very low price,

This printer is very inexpensive but you get what you pay for. main issues I am having is poor connections between my computer and printer, tried 200 things and still does not work. so, I put it in the trash can N purchased a better one.

best buy failed me on this purchase. they first forced me to pickup this item in store instead of ship it free, as I originally ordered. Then I found out they did not include the $10 ink card with it when I used it 3 months later.

We had just got the printer and we tested it and it worked great but after a week we turned it on and it would say error watchdog so we took it to a printer repair near us and they told us it was done and could not be repaired.
