As the title says - this product is a lemon. I just bought this today. The app never could find the printer, so I tried to set it up manually. There is something mechanically wrong with the components that move the paper right out of the box. It keeps saying paper jam - but the components aren’t even moving far enough to move the paper so it can jam. Fortunately it was on sale, so I only wasted around $30.

How is it legal for Hewlett-Packard to force you to a subscription service simply to print. Bad business, bad values. Never will buy a Hewlett-Packard product again
