I purchased this HP printer because it had great on line reviews and I have an HP laptop. I thought set up would be easy since both are HP products. However, getting the printer to communicate with my home network and Windows 10 was difficult. I rate myself as an intermediate skill user with electronics. I tried HP support - no luck. I tried Windows support - no luck. However, I got excellent support from an HP users forum/support chat room. After hours of frustration, I was connected. Since getting connected, the printer has worked excellently. The quality is very good.

Love this printer. Easy to set up. Works with my computer, ipad and iphone. The printed page comes out fast and excellent print quality.

Love this printer. Wasn't too expensive and allows you to print easily directly from your phone. Great for printing recipes and photos.

The printing quality is excellent and for a non-technical person the set-up using it with WiFi was pretty simple. I would recommend it.

Easy to set-up, and wireless. It's nice to only change 2 printer cartridges. The scanner works well, will produce PDF and photo files for whatever you might need.

Can't beat the price of this, and the HP Instant Ink program is a no-brainer that saves money on costly ink cartridge purchases.

bought with computer for my home. I wanted to scan print do some pictures and make it user friendly for all this meets all that criteria at a very affordable price

This printer is smaller than the others that I looked at and works great. Printing is clear but the ink does run out fast. Good overall value!

This printer was recommended by the sales associate for my friend that is using an old XP laptop which is no longer compatible with new printers. She has to use the e-print feature. She is technically challenged and finds it confusing but it does the job for the most part.

Easy to set up. Great that you can print right from your smart phone. My husband has a droid and I have and I-phone and they both were easy to connect to the printer.

I had the HP-ENVY 5660 before and liked it for its easy understanding, easy to load ink, and reliability. so I wanted another one.

Bought as a second printer so we could have one downstairs and not have to run up to the home office upstairs every time we printed something from the living room or kitchen. Easy install and now have to network printers to choose from...

This is a nice smaller printer. Perfect size for what I need. Prints great photos. Allows me to print right from my phone.

I was upgrading a lower cost printer and compared several models within HP and other models on the Best Buy floor. I purchased this for $79.99. The cost matched the quality, so it was a win win. I will say the ink does go fast if you are using color but that seems to be the case with many of these low cost printers. I printed 6 airline tickets and two for a basketball game with alot of color on the tickets and my color ink is about half empty so I would think twice before printing in color. Overall a good quality solid device that will get the basic needs of an in-home printer.

Love this printer. Wireless is a great feature. Scans, copies, prints.Does everything you need. Ink cartridges are reasonable too.

I rarely use a printer at home, but do need it from time to time to print tickets, confirmations, etc. This printer gets the job done. The print quality isn't the best I've seen, but works for what I need it for.

I purchased this printer for my daughter while at college and it works well. It has several features that she is using and the wifi connection is solid. Pleased with its performance.
