Dropped my tablet in the middle of a project. Store Geek Squad said it was damaged beyond replacement value. Directed me to Open Box, Certified. Replaced it and back to work in under an hour! Perfect tablet for my needs. Great service!

Good quality printer, very quiet and on the smaller side. A little tricky to set up but that was more my fault for not following the instructions it gave

I originally went in to find cables to an old printer. Found out Best Buy had a promotion going on to take in old printers to recycle. It got better. They even gave $ off a new printer when I did. When I narrowed down the choices this printer was a great value for the price. Plus it had great previous reviews. I would typically have to drive around to many stores that might print photos. This printer does that! I couldn't believe that a hopeful simple task would turn around the day with a wonderful new addition and less waste by recycling the old. Thank you Best Buy.

Upgraded from a 8-9 year old Canon and couldn't be happier. This printer connects wirelessly with ease and prints with great quality.

This printer was easy to set up and the print quality is good. But it's been over a month and I can't get the scanner to work. Tried to exchange but Best Buy wouldn't work with me after 15 days. I was able to find numerous scanner issues doing an online search for help, so not sure about the true quality of this printer.

Liked the printer, very very easy to use being wi fi. The price of the ink is very affordable. Also has the option to buy on line making super super cheap

I was in need of another printer, due to my Kodak printer printing dead pixels, but I wasn't sure which brand to go with. A family member suggested I should go with the HP envy line since I like to print photos and everyday printing. So far so good. I like the fact that it can print 2 sides and it notifies me of when to turn the page over instead of waiting for one side to finish printing. It if it becomes a hassle, I'll have to look at the Hp office jet line. Overall it's a pretty good printer.

I bought this HP to replace my Canon. The HP build quality the price and the software are all far superior to Canon. The price and the ink price are also way better. Only thing I would prefer is that for scanning you could load multiple pages vs. one by one. This HP is really good and each person will need something depending upon type of usage they need. This is good printer scanner for my needs the wifi in the printer work welll and you can also get a free HP phone app that also works well.

Finally, a truly wireless printer. Printing and scanning a breeze. And very easy to print from iPad and iPhone. Highly recommend
