This is very user friendly. You can do so much from this printer and it is wireless. It also comes with photo paper too.

Purchased for home office, has everything I need great quality for affordable price. Light and durable at the same time.

Great printer for home use. Good quality print, fast and easy to use. Haven't used the photo feature yet but will soon.

Didn't give it a five star because: - I prefer separate color cartridges & these were all 3 colors in one - Also I haven't been able to figure out how to scan to PDF and create one doc. I have only been able to scan to JPEG which creates separate docs.

The printer prints great pictures but uses a lot of ink. The paper trays are hard to change so we just put the same size paper in both trays.

Reliable printer with good quality printing in colors and black ink. Set-up is very easy. Good printer for dorm use.

This printer is OK. It does NOT come with a USB cable (really?) and no ethernet hard wired connection (I should have noticed that when purchasing). I was concerned about the latter as I had planned on networking the printer with my other computers - and I had always used hard wired connection. I almost just took it back but decided to see what would happen if I used the printers wireless connection. It was easy to setup and I was surprised to find that I was able to use the printer through 2 desktops that are hardwired to my network (and do not have wireless). The print quality is pretty good given its price point and is quick and somewhat quiet. Their software is fine. Now for my "tirade". I have used hp printers for 20 years and until the last 2 (including this one) they have always been worth the money. Not so much anymore.I had to purchase this as a replacement for my Officejet Pro 6830 - which crashed with a print head error. After HP replaced it - twice - with "refurbished" printer(s) that within weeks had the same printer head error. Rather than contact HP - again - I decided to try a canon. Which I returned as its software was - for me anyway - terrible, especially for the scanner. So I wound up with this HP printer. Sigh!!!!

Our new printer is wireless, so there are no more "rats nests" behind our desk. Love it. Prints very nice pictures.

This is a great printer, I can print images right from my phone. Easy to set up and use, great picture quality.

I can't complain. I bought this as a hopeful replacement for the library printer at my university and so far it meets and exceeds expectations. I love the instant ink. I never have to physically go to the store and buy ink (cause who has time for that). I also love that it prints relatively quickly and the images are clear. Haven't used the scanner yet. Also haven't printed photos but I know that's an option as well. All in all it's a great little printer for a home office.

Had an emergency and needed a printer quickly. Checked several retailers online, but did not see anything that caught my eye. Either had features I did not want, or were too expensive for my wallet. Then I got to Best Buy online and found what I was looking for. This had basically the same features as my old printer, so I didn't have to worry about re-training my old brain on how to operate it. Easy to set up and a breeze to work. To me, you just cannot go wrong with HP.

Love this printer! Easy to use. Great for a small business owner. Great for the kids to copy stuff or print wireless!!

Needed a new printer. Did not anticipate that this one would be so much faster and easier to use than the previous one.

This printer performs exactly as advertised. I love how I can print documents from my cell phone. Well worth the money!

You can beat this for the cost. Worth much more. Easy to set up and use. Quality prints with a great ink option.

Works for what I needed it for...pretty clear pictures, easy set up and blue tooth hook up and quick with printing.

Luv my printer so easy to set up and use the prints come out very sharp like the 2 cartridges instead of 4 save money
