My wife picked out this printer, I guess she liked the way it looked. Took it home, prepared printer for installation, and installed the software. Worked like a charm, really like this printer, it seems faster and quitter than our previous one. Great copies and scans!

This printer was recommended by the sales person. I couldn't be happier. This is a great printer it is so easy to set up. I love how it is able to print on both sides of the paper. This feature can save a lot of wasted paper. I am glad this was recommended to me. Thank you Best Buy

Nice quality printing with super convenience of wireless. A few glitches on the "easy" set-up are the the only negative.

Needed multi-function, without fax, double-sided printing, wifi access and this one fit the bill.

This is a great printer. It was very easy to set up. Only problem I had was trying to figure out how to use the 4x6 photo tray. I had to go online to find out how to use it. Wifi was easy to set up, and it prints wirelessly from my computer and my husband's computer.

Have loved this printer since we have had it. We can print seamlessly with our phones or iPads which is a nice feature. The set up was easy. I have had to re-connect the printer to WiFi when our network changed and this was hassle free. Would highly recommend!

Got the printer on sale price was happy to get it for the price I did was almost 50% off was the cheapest from everywhere that I looked the printer is great prints well and had no problems connecting it with the WiFi and the ink program that they have makes it even better

Easy setup with Windows 10, but at first I could not print anything from the internet and could not resolve the problem after hours of frustrating effort. Finally, McAfee notified me of an update to my security suite and the printer worked fine after the update was installed.

I am enjoying the quality & speed of the printer. What I really like about it is the opportunity to have ink shipped to my home as I need it & figuring out that is actually cheaper to do it that way than to buy ink from the store.

What a great printer with wonderful features like printing from my mobile phone, two sided printing as well as photo printing! The color is brilliant and sharp and the pages print very quickly. I am very happy with this purchase!!

I purchase this online by reviews the function and it turns out great! It doesn't make a loud noise when printing it and it is really fast to print out also the scanner is great, nicely look. So if there is another sale I would get another one for my sister

Does everything you would expect it to do. Very easy to setup to your home wireless network. Printer cartridges have the printhead which is great for longevity and cartridges are not very expensive. HP ink really is the way to go if you are a regular user.

This is a great all in one printer especially for the price. so far there hasn't been any issues.

Our HP printer went out and we decided to replace it. We have previous experience with HP printers, and decided to replace it with another HP. Great decision, this printer has been a pleasant surprise. No trouble to install, and worked great without any problems!

Used it several times since purchasing about 6 weeks ago and I have no complaints.

I have had "fair to OK" luck with previous HP printers, but HP seems to have ditched it's line of Photo Smart printers and focused on making a smaller line of printers better. I don't know how long it will last, but so far I am very happy with the responsive color screen, the fast / quiet printing, and the double sided printing works like butter. I goes to sleep when not using it...a big plus, and wakes itself up when needed. The scanner is quick, quiet, and not blinding bright like the old ones. I may update this review in the future if needed, but as I said...so far so good. I am more than happy with this printer (in fact now that I think about it, it is probably the first printer I've have that it a joy to use
