Great printer for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer was easy to set up. I was wirelessly printing from 2 computers and two smartphones within 15 minutes (not including taking it out of the box). If you need a printer for the occasional print job and sometimes scan or copy documents, then this is for you. I was surprised at how fast it was too. It is fairly quiet when printing. I have to admit, I was skeptical about the wireless print (connectivity issues, etc) but it has not let me down once. I have printed from my phone and both computers without a cable many times and it did not disappoint.

Nice features and intuitive operation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picked up this HP Envy after my Canon decided to kick the bucket and I've been pleased with it so far. I just wanted a basic printer and one that didn't come with a bunch of unnecessary features that I would be paying for but probably wouldn't use. This particular one seems to fit the bill with copy, scanning, and printing capabilities. All of these primary functions are easily performed either through the computer or the color screen on the printer itself. You can register your printer through HP's website and your printer can get it's own email address where you can send documents to it to be printed. It also prints photos from my iPhone which is pretty cool too. It was easy to install and took me about 35-40 minutes to unpack and get everything going. I found this one on a great sale but I wish printer ink was cheaper than what it is for devices like this. No matter how great of a deal you find on these things....they will always making a ton off you through ink carts!

Great Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When looking for a printer we were looking for one that could handle a decent amount of printing at home. We had a Canon which was fine for about 2 yrs. but then started to give a continual error message which could not be fixed. We then decided to go with an HP. The HP Envy 5660 proved to be a good fit. It is compact, quiet and quick enough for us. We also enrolled in an Instant ink program so I don't have to constantly buy new ink cartridges. Overall - very happy with this new printer.

Very good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good printer for a college student. It's wireless and compact. Instructions are easy enough to use and understand. She can use this printer from her Apple mac air or from her cell phone. Also in picking out this printer, we wanted to make sure the ink was affordable and it was.

Couldn't be happier
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this printer online about a month ago and couldn't be happier with the purchase. it was ready to be picked up at my neighborhood Best Buy the following day. Set-up was a cinch. I signed up for the Instant-Ink program where I pay a small fee for each ink delivery to my home. saves a trip to the store and is not monthly. Your printer reads the ink use only when you put the ink in the cartridge, and the subscription cartridges are larger than the ones that came with the printer but they still fit. You are charged only when the printer reads that the ink is running low no matter how long it takes for you to use it up. As to the printer itself, it is easy to use. Has a handy touch screen for the various functions and is quiet and smooth running. The paper tray is front-loading so not a problem.Price is reasonable too, especially if on sale, so what are you waiting for. A great buy.

A great value all in one
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For many, many years I was a loyal customer of another brand (starts with C, ends with anon) but that company has decided revenues, not customer satisfaction, reigns. The rising cost of ink, the smaller contents of the tanks, along with having SIX was frustrating. The final straw was that not only could I not print black when a color ran out (even with two black ink tanks in the printer) but that it would not allow scanning when a single tank was empty!? Why? Further, I'm not planning on using my printer for lab quality photos (and if you are, you're in the wrong price point / catagory). I simply want to be able to print typical stuff for work, school, so forth. The 2 tanks are greatly appreciated. The fact that it will print black when color empty is appreciated. And then there's the great added features. I love that I can scan from it directly to my iPad and iPhone. That ability is awesome, as it was always 3+ steps to do so before. The printer is plenty quick for what I need, great quality for the price, and great software / capabilities.

Wonderful for any type of printing needs
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We got this printer for free with our reward points after buying my new laptop and I'm SO happy with this printer. My fiancé and I needed a printer for work purposes and for wedding planning. We print photos from it all of the time and we also printed our wedding invitations from this and they look like they came from a professional. It prints front and back and it's very easy to set up to a computer. The only thing I found to have a problem with was connecting to the photo try and back to the paper tray. But other than that, this printer is fantastic and I'm so glad we purchased it.

Great quality/speed for price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does everything I want it to and does it well: plain paper printing, photo printing, scanning, color and b/w copying, wireless, wired network, usb, and does it fast and at a low price. Setup was easy with guided setup program. Slight downside as it is a bit noisy paper handling at times.

Another new printer, another load of HP crapware
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.HP Envy 5660 printer. I had a wonderful little 3in1 HP Photosmart C4100 printer that did everything wonderfully...but it gave out one me. I checked available printers and ended up with a HP Envy 5660 printer. Except for the rather stupid series name, it's actually a pretty good 3in1 printer. Not having a landline, I see no need for a built in fax. Just something else to go bad. Things I like: Fast, easy set up. Wireless printing from my phone. Very good color and printouts in general. Two-sided printing is a real plus and I really like the paper cassette. It loads just like an office copier keeping the paper clean and out of sight AND holds more paper then the open tray models. Things I don't like: Does not auto-turn on when sensing an input from the computer. An arm that automatically extends to catch paper output does not retract when finished printing, leaving itself susceptible to easy damage, so I disabled it. Now the prints fall to the floor. Yet ANOTHER series of printer cartridges that probably will fit nothing besides this years models. Comes with more self installed crapware from HP. I wanted to try HP "Instant Ink" but was unable to sign up for it. An email to HP was completely ignored. Navigating the on-printer menu is slower and more cumbersome than my previous printer(s). Bottom line. I feel it's better than many in its price range and no worse than most. In spite of its negatives, I like it.

New printer in the house!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While we haven't used it extensively as yet, I'm giving it high marks for a number of reasons. First, it was incredibly easy to set up. The animated instructions were quite easy to follow. Take advantage of repeating them, to ensure you insert the cartridges correctly. The wireless set up was flawless. In no time, our pc, laptop, and smartphone were all linked to the printer. The most impressive part to me, I was able to print a photo off my smartphone, and the result was perfect!

HP - ENVY 5660 Wireless e-All-In-One Printer - Bla

Beautiful, crisp colors, one touch set up.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had several so called high end printers that did not perform anywhere with near the accuracy and crisp color reproduction that my Envy produces. The main pleasant surprise came when I placed the setup disk in my PC. One touch, and I mean one. The disk HP provides found my Wifi connection and set up all drivers. The software went online by itself and updated t the latest drivers even before it had established a permanent connection to my PC! Is this great or what? My previous HP printer required about a half an hour to set up, and all updating was done manually by me. I can't get over how pleased I am. I am quick to criticize HP when they get it wrong, so I want to be even quicker at applauding them when they get it right. I am an Envy fan for life!

Easy to setup at a good price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i got this on sale and couldn't be happier with the printer i got for the price. I went in looking for a printer and got a printer, copier, scanner for under $100. This unit was very easy to set up. just followed a few steps on the touch screen and it was set up in under 10 minute. I then downloaded the app on my smart phone and had it hooked up to my network in another 5 minutes.

Great Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've only had the printer a couple of months and haven't used all the features yet, but so far it's a great printer. I had my other printer for almost 9 years and it finally quit on me. I was skeptical about a wireless printer at first but I haven't had any problems so far. It prints better and faster than my last one and the ink is a lot cheaper too. I can get color and black ink for the same price as just the black ink for my old one. Even though it's a home computer I do a lot of printing and even more now that I'm back in school. As long as this one will last as long as my other one it will be my favorite printer so far. Plus, it was easy to set up and it's even easier to use.

HP Envy Printer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had my printer now for a little over a month and I couldn't be more happier. It was easy to set up and connect up to my laptop as it is wireless. the paper tray holder pops out automatically when you ask it to print. the printing quality is great as I have printed off a few photos on here as well. the ink is only 2 cartridges as my old printer was 6 including black. I will be saving money on ink as well. I signed up for the HP ink program so when my cartridge is low it will order me a new one and be here within a few days. no going out to buy just a ink cartridge. Saves time and gas. It is also a very nice looking computer and compacted as well. Not a big eye sore in my office area. Has a hidden sd card slot and easier to fill paper and photo trays. thanks HP.

Fantastic printer for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer really does it all. Prints, scans, copies, and faxes. Works great for my needs, and the wireless printing option is very convenient when you don't want to move the laptop around just to print something. Can't beat it for the price. If you're looking for an easy to use and modern printer at a price that won't break the bank, this is the one.

This printer was so easy to set up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my printer. It was a snap to set up and I am not a technical person. I love the way it prints and am using the insta ink program you explained when I bought it. I have waited several weeks to do this to make sure everything worked out. I was even able to install it into my lap top because it is wireless. I hated all the wires from my old printer.
